Just ok
I stayed in the apartment with 3 friends for my birthday weekend. Apartment was clean and comfortable for 4 people, and location was not bad; however I felt like I was walking to some weird part to get to bars and restaurants. I like to book apartments over the hotels because of the convenience of home feel etc. I usually expect some simple things like coffee cups to be there - there was nothing in the apartment. No paper towels, not even one coffee cup. We had less than we would get in a hotel. I wish I would have known that so I could bring things with me because the last thing I wanted to do was to run to the store to buy paper towels and coffee. Overall it is not a bad place, I was just disappointed in things that I felt should be there and wasn’t.

A perfect downtown stay
This condo was as expected! It was perfect for a short weekend downtown. It was within walking distance to everything we needed and the place was just as described. My only gripe would be the AC kept resetting itself so it got rather hot while we slept and when we would get back to the condo. It was easy enough to turn it back down though!

This property was as advertised. Beautiful 2 bedroom condo that was fully stocked with washer and dryer, flat screen TVs and full kitchen. Parking was convenient and safe in an underground parking garage. Full amenities in the building and short distance to downtown Durham and Duke University.

Great place - great location
Really nice little apartment, comfortable and excellent location in downtown Durham. I definitely plan on staying here again and the only thing I will differently is bring a coffee machine with me! Everything else was right there and really nice size bedrooms and two full baths - perfect for what we were looking for!

- Rental had housekeeping issues: 1. DIRTY DIAPERS in bathroom from previous renter. 2. Several burned out lightbulbs including 2 of 3 in bedroom. 3. Laundry closet was filthy. - The refrigerator cycles through several times per hour and rattles so loud it drowns out television. - while not falsely advertised, it is probably the most poorly equipped vacation rental we have ever had. Be sure to bring your own toaster, napkins, dryer sheets and any anything other than salt/pepper for cooking.

Downtown Durham
The condo was in a secure building. It was walking distance to restaurants, the Bulls Stadium and other attractions. Only a 5 minute drive to Duke U. Great location. Felt safe to walk from condo to restaurants at night. No hairdryer. Other than that, it was exactly what we needed as a family with teens.

Perfect location!
Great location, walking distance to downtown and many great restaurants and breweries. Very clean and communication and directions were very clear. Would definitely stay again on our next visit to Durham!

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. The location is great. We could walk everywhere we needed to go. We enjoyed the pool. The place was quiet and clean. Highly recommend.

Clean and well-situated
Highly recommend this property if you are planning a trip to Durham. The apartment is impeccably maintained, very clean and comfortable, and a few blocks to fabulous restaurants and coffee shops. There is a pool, which we did not use but looked inviting, and garage parking on premises. The listing says it comes with a coffee pot (Nespresso)- true. My only minor complaint is that it came with only 4 pods for three days and four guests. Unlike K-cups you cannot buy the pods at the grocery store so we were out of luck. Luckily, coffee shops were just a few steps away. A tiny complaint which should not deter you. The property is great.

Close to duke medical
We were in Durham for testing at Duke Medical. This apartment was super close and provided nice home away from home. It was bright and airy and plenty of room. The smart TV and nespresso machine were a nice touch. Only complaint was not sheet pans or wash cloths. We would definitely stay again if we came back
