Family Stay
The house is in a quiet little neighborhood and great location. It was perfect for myself and my daughter after her surgery to relax and recover in a quiet peaceful place. Close to food and groceries. Super clean and the backyard was great with a special guest appearance of some deer. The host was able to assist with a scheduling issue and I would definitely book again.

This place was not only beautiful and clean but it also had everything that you could possibly need in stock. I loved this home and felt comfortable like I was at home. Even my children loved our stay here. That was the favorite house of our trip. The hosts were amazing as well.

It's become easier for our family of 3 to stay in rentals when we come home to Raleigh-Durham to visit, and I'm glad we stumbled upon this little gem! Clean, cozy and nicely appointed! Although the couch sat comfortably, it would have been nice to have something a bit more spacious for 4 adults and 1 child to relax on as a family but that's a personal preference imo. Everyone slept extremely well on the comfortable beds, and the complimentary coffee was an added bonus! We'll definitely be staying again!

Overall, this was a fine stay. The host was communicative and made everything really easy. The house itself looks like it has been freshly remodeled, and the finishes all look nice. The main issues are kind of personal to me – there was a very strong Febreeze scent in every single room and all over the bed linens and pillows. If you have any kind of sensitivity to smell, this would probably make it difficult to sleep as it did for me. The bed frames were also flimsy and thus noisy when you moved and not super comfy. Easy things to (hopefully) fix. Thanks.

Overall the Vrbo sufficed for our visit to the Raleigh/Durham area to tour neighborhoods and houses. The host was very friendly and responsive. The price cannot be beat. But I should have done more research on the exact location of this property. It is a few blocks away from a main road that is a little sketchy to say the least. Lots of panhandlers and pawn shops, which made our family feel a little unsafe. The property itself looked lovely in photos, but upon close inspection it was clearly a quick reno to make a profit. The floor was significantly sloped, the walls were scuffed, the fixtures were loose, numerous lightbulbs were out, the furniture was so light I was afraid to sit on it, and there were a good number of bugs we had to squash during our stay.

AWESOME DURHAM RENTAL!!!
Weeks before my stay I needed to communicate with the owner about some things and she was kind and helpful! I really appreciated how she was able to accommodate me and my family! As far as the rental itself, it was AMAZING! The home is up-to-date, it looks like a recent remodel, and the furniture and decor gave off a relaxing vibe. The home included everything we needed in the kitchen (i.e., quality cookware and dishware, a Keurig, toaster, etc.), which really helped as it was a family trip and we cooked often. The rental was top notch as it included shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Tide pods, dryer sheets, and scent beads, like an upscale extended stay (please note this was my experience with available products and it may be subject to change in the future). The home is in a very quiet neighborhood and we didn't hear sirens or trains in the middle of the night. The only issue I had was the height of the grass, which was overgrown the day we arrived, which prohibited my children from playing outside, but a few days later their lawn maintenance person came and cut the grass, for which we were grateful. Honestly, even with that, I don't have any real complaints about this property. I've stayed in mansions for my vacation rentals and this home was even nicer as it was even better than presented in the listing, the beds were comfortable, the location was close to many entertainment options, and the owner was very patient and kind when responding to my inquiries! STAY HERE!!!

The house was exactly as described. We really liked our accommodations and appreciated the spaciousness of this home and the beautiful renovations they made. Anything we needed was prepared for in this house. Not 💯 sure about the neighborhood as far as safety after dark, as parts of it seemed a little run down. But maybe it’s an area they’re slowly trying to build it up. It’s def perfect for a family of 4 with 2 adult teen age boys. Its a great place to book if you need a spacious quaint VRBO

Let me start off by saying the host was amazing with accommodations and consistent communication. My friends and I had an amazing and relaxing stay. I have absolutely nothing bad to say. The pictures do not do it justice! It is a BEAUTIFUL and cozy home. When we first stepped in it smelled nice and clean. Everything was spot on and the amenities are great. My wife and daughter stayed here last week and this is a beautiful home, excellent condition, great house for your entire family, excellent host, everything that you could possibly need while you’re here. All the rooms are very clean, the kitchen is immaculate and having 2 full bathrooms and 3 bedrooms is great. Fenced in yard, all the rooms are very spacious and such an excellent place to stay, we will definitely return as well as our family will also rent here anytime we are visiting our family who lives in the same town. Great location minutes away from all stores, restaurants and so close to Downtown Durham. Excellent host the house was great just like the pictures, you and your family will truly enjoy your stay at the lovely home anytime your in the area.

Perfect location!
We came to check out the Raleigh area due to future relocation. This charming updated house was perfect for our family of four. It had everything we needed and was super comfy. Our adult children enjoyed their own queen beds and separate spaces. The house is located near an easy access highway, and we could explore the surrounding Raleigh Durham area. We found plenty to do! We highly recommend the Guglhopf Restaurant in Durham, My Way Tavern in Holly Springs, Tai Pei in Cary, Crawford Cookshop in Clayton, Crabtree Mall, Morgan Street Food Hall downtown Raleigh and the Farmers Market at the state fairgrounds. Best grocery store is Harris Teeter. Libby was wonderfully responsive, and Vanessa, the neighbor next door stopped by with homemade chocolate brittle a couple of days after Christmas.

Perfect modern cute and cozy home!
This was property was perfect for our family while our son was having surgery at Duke. It was an oasis to come home to after long days at the hospital. Everything was perfect. From the comfortable beds, contemporary cool decor, perfectly appointed modern kitchen with everything we needed, beautiful bathrooms, great back porch with fireplace, to the quiet and private location. Lauren was a wonderful host and quick to respond. We will absolutely stay here again when we come up for future medical appointments. I highly recommend this cozy home!
