Nice layout and location, a little tired
The property was nice, but a bit tired. Little things like light bulbs not working and blinds that didn’t have extension bars so they didn’t work. It appears the pictures were taken when it first was redone and wondering how long ago that was…don’t think it was done recently . Nice location to downtown and shopping and restaurants and drinking establishments

Very nice home in a beautiful neighborhood
The home was very clean and had plenty of space. We occurred an issue with the front door handle, we texted the owner and they nicely responded in less than an hour to make the repair. We would definitely stay there again.

GREAT LOCATION; SPACIOUS Home; WONDERFUL HOSTS
This home checked all our boxes. We were meeting up with our daughter and family of 5. I loved that there was a Master Bedroom w/ ensuite bathroom on the first floor! 3 Nice bedrooms and W/D on 2nd Floor. It was perfect for what we needed. Huge smart TV's in 3 locations. The house was neater than a pin on our arrival. The hosts were excellent communicators! Close to all the downtown Museums, NC State and so much more. The neighborhood was upscale and felt very safe walking around. Spacious enough for all 7 of us from ages 4 to 73. I would highly recommend if you a looking for a nice place and convenience of downtown Raliegh plus great hosts.

Holiday Family Weekend - INCREDIBLE
Our stay was phenomenal! This convenient location and home made it so easy for our family to connect for the holidays this year. The property was very clean and right in the heart of Downtown Raleigh. Check In and Check Out were seamless and clear. My family and I are looking forward to next year and hope to be able to reserve this exact place to create new memories. Thank you

What a great home!
This home was well supplied with everything we needed for our 1 night stay. The location is close to downtown and to all the areas we wanted to go. The host was responsive and easily accessible although we never needed to contact them during our stay because everything was perfect. I will stay here again when we return to Raleigh.

What a great location!
Fantastic little vacation. This house was perfect. So close to downtown but just far enough away! We loved the quietness of the neighborhood and enjoyed being able to walk around downtown and see this beautiful city. House was clean and the layout was great. I was here for a concert w/ friends but can’t wait to bring my wife back!
