***Stairs Alert: This is a two-story, townhome-style condo located on the 3rd and 4th floors, accessed by private stairs. There are quite a few steps, but we promise the views and space are totally worth it!
***Construction & City Sounds: As this is a brand-new development close to the heart of downtown Raleigh, you may hear some construction or city noise during the day. It's all part of being in such a vibrant and growing area!
***Parking Info: You'll have 2 dedicated parking spots-one in the garage and one in the driveway. Please avoid parking in neighbors' driveways or along Shaw View Alley. If you have more than two vehicles, free street parking is available nearby on Bragg, Person, and Blount Streets.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please check out by 11 AM. Place used towels in the washing machine and if possible, start a cycle. You can leave the trash in the garage. Turn off all lights and set the thermostat to 74.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We had a wonderful stay in this home. There’s lots of space and the decor and layout are both fantastic. There’s remote controls for the ceiling fan/light combo in each room. As documented, there are lots of stairs so keep that in mind. The hosts are responsive and kind. I recommend this home for your stay in Raleigh, NC!
