Amazing setup from check in to check out. The unit was perfect and having a kitchen was great.
Would be great for a family and really nice to be able to have some home cooking to get away from that Resturant food on longer trips.
I have nothing bad to say about the resort and the people we were in very limited contact with.
Our next visit with the family will be at this resort.

This is a beautiful place to stay. I highly recommend it. It’s quiet, clean and offers way more room than your regular hotels. This is definitely where we will be staying in the future.

Guest services needs work
We checked in at 4 pm and the room was COLD!!! We turned up the heat to maximum and left to drive around Radium for an hour. Came back to find the room still on the warm side of cold. Huddled under the sheets to keep warm. Room not comfortably warm until 7:30 pm. Heater in the bathroom didn't work at all. Presumably for in-floor heating. It remained a refrigerator for our stay. Check out at 10 is ridiculous. Virtually no one there during our stay so not overwhelmed by guests. Who wants to check out by 10 am for a couples get-away?

The property is very nice but the basement had strong smoking scent. The previous visitors must have smoked in the basement area so we had to leave the fan on non stop and end up only sleep on second floor.
