Guests will be provided wristbands upon arrival for easy access to the building. NOTE: the cost of replacing a lost wristband is $500 MXN or $25 USD. The building is secured 24/7 by security personnel.

You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.

Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Visitors are allowed up to the maximum occupancy of this condo which is 4. Therefore, if your group size is 2, you can have up to 2 visitors.
