This property is absolutely in need of major renovations and general upkeep, such as basic painting, investment into working backup generators, update towels and linens etc. Too many issues happened during our stay, from not having hot water for two days to a power outage for an entire morning. Not acceptable.

The pool was in very good shape and very tranquil. There is no big lobby large area or snack shop on the property so you will need to bring in any water or snacks. The a/c and Internet all worked well. You will need to also bring electrical

Buena ubicación, pero muy mal mantenido.
Buena ubicación, pero muy mal mantenido. Respondieron a casi todos los reclamos arreglando, cambiando o compensando (perdidas de agua baño, teclas de luces rotas, colchon hundido, etc). El personal muy buena disposición, pero falta de mantenimiento básico en cabaña 1 y 2 por lo menos. La pileta, un buen punto a favor.

- Kitchen consists of a sink, fridge and rusted single heating plate - Cuttlery and plates very old / poor quality and insufficient number for cabaña size - Dirty sponge and dirty kitchen towel - Mattresses very soft and uncomfortable - Towels with dark spots and holes - Holes in window's moskito nets - Doors do not close properly - Cleaning very superficiantly and cleaning service every second day - Reception desk unsatisfactorily staffed (we arrived at 8:30pm and had to wait long to find somebody for check in) Summary: Unsatisfactory and overprized

Lugar de excepción, las cabañas están bien, limpias, correctas, la gente muy gentil, el lugar. La ubicación no tiene precio! Eso sí, si vienen sin auto necesitarán tomar bastante remis o caminar, pero es sólo un detalle...

He visitado varias veces creo que esta es la quinta y lo que extrañe y lamente fue que no se brinda mas el desayuno lo cual para los cabañeros resulta engorroso por la distancia que esta del centro, otra de las cosas que se quito el kit des baño espero no sigan sacando cosas ,porque me veo en el futuro llavandonos las toallas , son cosas pequeñas que quita prestigio a las cabañas muchas gracias
