Hotel is nice, conveniently located. However, the bed was not comfortable and it's strange that the sink area is just inside the door and not in the bathroom. It was nice to have both a microwave and refrigerator available. Breakfast was okay. Not a lot of healthy choices. Would love to see fresh fruit like cut up melon or something.

Our stay here was exactly what we needed for a reasonable price and the breakfast was great. This hotel features authentic two room suites which apparently is getting harder to find.

I have stayed at this Holiday Inn several times and have enjoyed the quiet, cleanliness, location, breakfast each time. However, this time I was disturbed twice in the middle of the night with someone banging on the door.

My kids had and I loved that the room was very clean and they especially loved how spacious the bathroom and the room was! Breakfast in the morning was their favorite especially since they absolutely loved the pancake maker!

The staff were so nice and accommodating! My first room smelled like marijuana (not their fault, some other guests were ignoring the policies) but was clean. I asked if I could be switched to a different room and they quickly changed me to a room that was again very clean but also smelled nice. The breakfast was decent, too. I will come here again.

Absolutely amazing! Levi was not only friendly, courteous and accommodating but he truly went above and beyond. He is amazing at his role here. The hotel itself was very clean, breakfast staff was helpful and always kept things stocked. There was a soccer tournament in town at the same time and we didn’t hear a peep. Great Valentine’s Day getaway from the Valley and will absolutely make this our “go-to” place to stay when coming to Prescott. Centrally located close to stores and restaurants. Such a great experience!!

This is the nicest Holiday Inn Express I have ever stayed in. Remodeled during COVID, in February 2024, it still looks brand new. We arrived at 11:00am, way before the 4:00pm check-in time and the extremely nice front desk personal (Valerie and Levy) said they could have our room ready by 1:00pm. We left for lunch and came back a little after 1:00pm and the room was waiting for us. The room itself was clean, and spacious, and had a microwave and refrigerator. We spend some time in the indoor heated pool and hot tub before heading out for dinner. The next morning the free breakfast was plentiful. I had to work in the morning and asked for a late checkout (normally 11:00am) and they extended it to Noon, which gave me enough time to get back and pack before checking out. Overall, a great place and it is now my 1st choice when I have to be in Prescott.

Cleanliness alone is worth the price tag
The rooms were so clean!! I like watching cleaning content online and I’ve always been grossed out about hotel room content. I was pleasantly surprised to see during a power outage that the cleaning crew all have a black light in their carts.

3rd floor sounded like Phoenix with the highway
Don’t stay on 3rd floor. We’ve stayed here several times, however, the 3rd floor was very loud with the traffic and stairs door.
