Entirely built in local stone on a site of 7800mÂČ, it fits perfectly into the surrounding landscape, in a garden planted with various local species such as pines, laurels, eucalyptus and cork oaks.

With a surface area of 300mÂČ air-conditioned distributed over two floors, it is open to the sea view through large bay windows.

This villa offers a fitted kitchen, a large living-dining room with fireplace with direct access to the large terrace facing the sea view.

The sleeping area is spread over two levels and has five bedrooms.

For your pleasure, a pleasant 10m x 5m swimming pool with fence, a barbecue.

Beautiful but could be better

Beautiful property in an excellent postion with wonderful view. The villa is not fully restored, only some areas are, for example the wc’s, the wardrobes and the windows are quite old; moreover I would say that is not very safe for small children because there is a very old and dangerous staircase inside and all the outside is very “wild” with no grass but only rocks.

La villa parfaite pour des vacances en famille

Nous avons adorĂ© sĂ©journer dans la villa. Nelly et Etienne nous ont bien accueillis et ont Ă©tĂ© rĂ©actifs et disponibles pour rĂ©pondre Ă  toutes nos questions durant le sĂ©jour. Au niveau des Ă©quipements, on ne manque de rien (grands saladiers, machine Ă  cafĂ©, serviettes de bains et de piscine, etc.). La literie est trĂšs confortable avec de trĂšs grands lits et des draps tout doux. Le coin barbecue est trĂšs apprĂ©ciable avec une trĂšs grande table en bois pouvant accueillir toute la famille. Au niveau de la piscine, celle-ci est propre et entretenue durant la semaine. Les bains de soleil en bois sont trĂšs confortables et trĂšs beaux. La piscine est un peu en retrait, complĂ©tement clĂŽturĂ©e, et Ă©quipĂ©e d'une alarme, c'est un rĂ©el atout avec des enfants en bas Ăąge. Au niveau de la propretĂ©, trĂšs propre. Les plus : > l'emplacement ! TrĂšs bien situĂ©e, Ă  5 min des plus belles plages. > La vue sur la mer : magnifique > La terrasse : bien exposĂ©e. MĂȘme les jours les plus chauds, il y a un petit courant d'air qui fait qu'on s'y sent bien. > Le solarium pour les apĂ©ros en fin de journĂ©e > La possibilitĂ© de garer plusieurs vĂ©hicules > L'accueil et l'Ă©coute de Nelly et Etienne > L'environnement : le jardin, les plantes, etc. Nous avons passĂ© de supers vacances dans cette villa qui est encore plus belle en vrai que sur l'annonce. :)
