We had bites from some type of bug the nexted morning there was a shock behind the bathroom door the room smelled horrible and everyting was stained, i would love a refund immediately

There was a underwear from another person on the floor. The toliet was inadequate, you had to hold the handle down until the tank was empty in order for it to flush. You also needed to do this 2 or 3 times in order for it to work. The weeds on the grounds look like they have not been taken care of all summer.

The staff was excellent and the room had what we needed. The towels were actually great for hotel towels. That was the best thing about the hotel.

Room smelled like mold, ceiling falling apart in bathroom, air quality poor and made us sick. Bed sheets were stained. Only businesses in the immediate area were motels, gas stations, and a porn shop. Front desk was nice but you're better off staying anywhere else

NO POOL as advertised. Mold in the air conditioner. I had to sign a no smoking waiver. However, employees are allowed to smoke outside an open door.

The property is right next to a truck stop and an adult toy shop. Our room was dirty and had smells of urine. Pool was out of service, breakfast offered was minimal and our room was never serviced between nights. The pull out bed was so bad that went to walmart to buy an air mattress for our son to sleep on. Cancelled future reservations based off our experiences there
