Had a reservation through you got there about 4 pm was informed they wouldn’t honor my reservation told me it wasn’t paid in advance you informed me when I booked it that it didn’t matter needless to say was very unhappy as they told me they were full found another motel for twice the price really think I should be compensated for that guess it’ll be the last time using your service

We stayed for a night in a two bed and slept comfortably. The room was very clean when we walked in. The property in general looked clean and well maintained. The front desk staff was friendly during check in and out. The morning we checked out the hotel provided breakfast and snacks.

The night clerk was not helpful at all. Went down to get some water and snacks and everything was empty. The clerk was sitting behind the desk and never knew I was in the office.
