Be Prepared and Flexible
We had a great time. The property was clean and inviting for us. Very small house, so more of a couples getaway. We had planned to fish in the canal and on the island but the weather didn’t cooperate. Be flexible in your plans if you book far in advance. Texas gulf weather is unpredictable.

Nice property
We found this rental to be pretty much as shown and described. And enjoyed our stay. Husband had a little problem with the wifi. He called manager of the rental and spoke with someone who was going to get someone else to come out. Husband waited around all day the next day, but nobody came out. Hubby, upon further inspection, found that the router wasn't plugged in. Also, was surprised by additional $80 charge for parking permit.
