Ecological design house with sea views, consisting of two independent houses separated by a terrace, a house and a LOFT, built on one floor with outdoor terraces and a wonderful view of Cala Cativa, next to Cala Tamariua, protected by the Puig Gros mountain. The beaches are accessible on foot or by car.
Wonderful landscape that invites peace and tranquility, in an ideal area for rest. You can walk to the town through various shortcuts and by road.

It is an ideal area for hiking through mountainous circuits and coastal paths of the Costa Brava, in addition to offering various practices: scuba diving, surfing, sailing, etc.
Only the DESIGN LOFT is rented, a space of 50 meters a.p. ideal for TWO PEOPLE. It is a separate room from the main house, fully equipped, with a full bathroom and sea views. Peaceful corner for sunbathing and breathing fresh air on the terrace or in a pleasant garden accessible through the side window of the kitchen area.

As can be seen on the satellite map, the location of the house and the loft is located on a hill in the area of the Cap de Creus NATURAL PARK, next to the Puig Gros mountain. Cala Tamariua and Cala Cativa are exceptional beaches, whose transparent turquoise waters invite you to enjoy their freshness on summer days.

The village of PORT DE LA SELVA

Port de la Selva is characterized by its unique typical beaches of the Costa Brava. It is a family and quiet town with a wide variety of services: supermarkets, clothing stores, gift items, newspapers, etc., bars, restaurants, terraces by the sea.
It has a fishing port where we recommend visiting the fish auction when the fishing boats arrive at the port, in the Fishermen's Association building.
TO HIGHLIGHT, the monastery of Sant Pere de Rodas for its architectural value and splendid panoramic views. They are also interesting to visit the nearby towns: Selva de Mar and La Vall de la Santa Creu, And leaving Port de la Selva, along the coastal path, a beautiful walk leads to an old lighthouse on the edge of the sea that extends to Llançà.


SURROUNDINGS
Due to its special location, it allows for various excursions to different places reconstructed by Dali to live with Gala. The Cap de Creus Lighthouse and its restaurant with its incomparable sunrises and sunsets are recommended. And in the surroundings you can find an exceptional place: Tudela Culip, bordering the sea, converted into an architectural platform. It is surrounded by peculiar rocky outcrops sculpted by the Tramuntana wind, which inspired Dalí's work.
In this arid enclave
the now defunct tourist complex of white houses of the Club Mediterranée was established.

Nearby is also Figueres where we will find the Dali Museum.
In the nearby town of Roses is located the ideal Aquatic Park for the little ones. A few kilometers away you can visit the archaeological ruins of Ampuries.
If your favorite sport is golf, 20 km from Port de la Selva is the well-known Perelada Golf Club and a little further on is Torremirona Golf.
HOW TO GET TO El Port de la Selva?
If you are coming from France, take the A7 motorway exit Figueres Nord; 1 km and a half later it is indicated on the right EXIT Llançà, Portbou. Follow direction Llança. and at the height of the gas station the detour to Port de la Selva (approximately 8 km) is indicated.

Serene location, beautiful house, friendly host.
5 minutes walk from a lovely beach, wonderful 2 km walk to village, very helpful host including giving us a grand tour. Ideal accommodation for two people, well-kept interior including useful kitchen utensils. Very quiet. Recommended to bring a snorkel - fascinating sea life.

Hervorragend geeignet für Paare die die Ein- bzw. Zweisamkeit suchen! Tolle Lage mit Meeresblick, ca. 10 Gehminuten bis zur nächsten, wenig frequentierten Badebucht. Trotz leichten, sprachlich bedingten Verständigungsschwierigkeiten hat alles super geklappt, die nette Vermieterin hat sich sehr um uns bemüht, es war ein unvergesslicher Urlaub !! Klaus u. Theresia

Hébergement : description sur abritel non conforme au réel Loft entièrement ouvert sauf la salle d'eau => pas de chambre, le lit de 160/200 est dans l'espace de vie, pas de 2ème lit : un canapé ; pas de climatiseur : un ventilateur ; pas de lecteur DVD : un lecteur CD. À savoir, sol et plafond en béton brut. Fonctionnel, l'essentiel y est. Équipement : pas de vélo ni de bateau comme indiqué dans le descriptif de la location (possible à Port de la Selva, Llanca, Cadaquès...) Extérieur : conforme au descriptif, vue magnifique. Attention, infesté de moustiques (arrosages fréquents des extérieurs, coupelles et bassines remplies d'eau stagnante) => sur 2 sem. utilisation de l'extérieur que 2 à 3 fois => déception, choix de location fait / à cette possibilité (impossible de laisser les baies vitrées ouvertes sous peine d'être envahi par les moustiques). Stationnement : pas de parking, emplacement dans un chemin caillouteux. Emplacement : calme, bien placé pour découvrir la région et/ou bénéficier des plages, des criques, randonner... Environs : Port de la Selva agréable, tous les commerces, accessible à pied, Cap de Creus magnifique ainsi que la baie de Cadaquès, Sant Pere de Rodes... Propriétaire : discrète, attentionnée, sortie de fin de séjour faite sans la présence de la propriétaire.

Very nice view of the sea
What should be highlighted is the very beautiful view of the sea from the accommodation and the water quality in the Cala Tamariua bathing bay, which is only a 10-minute walk away and where you can do excellent snorkeling.

Een uitzicht om stil van te worden.
Deze moderne woning met enorme schuifpui zorgt voor een adembenemend uitzicht op de ruige rotskust. Er zijn meerdere zitjes en op het dakterras kun je de hele dag zonnen. Het huis ligt op een landtong net buiten het dorp en Grant aan Nationaal park Cap de Creus. Wandelingen, bezoekjes aan Gerona, het huis van Dali en het charmante vissersdorpje Cadaqués zijn een must. Gastvrouw Carmen gaf ons verblijf extra glans!

Una experiencia maravillosa
Este loft es una joya. Acabamos de estar una semana alojados y no queríamos marchar. El espacio está muy bien pensado y dispuesto de forma minimalista y exquisita con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de una estancia muy cómoda. Al mismo tiempo, nada distrae del autentico protagonista, el entorno natural puro del Cap de Creus. La vista del mar, el cielo amplio y la vegetación que te envuelve hace que te sientas inmerso en la naturaleza. El loft se abre al exterior con grandes ventanales que permiten disfrutar desde el interior del exterior. Queremos mencionar de forma especial la amabilidad de Carmen, ha sido una cálida anfitriona y una amistosa vecina. Agradecemos la atención personalizada que nos ha brindado y su alegre sonrisa.
