Luxury Waterfront Home Near Beaches With Private Heated Pool & Hot Tub & Kayaks

Newer fabulous luxury contemporary waterfront pool home in South Gulf Cove. Built with exceptional quality by "Sullivan builders" This 3 bedroom 3 bath home is just loaded with modern features and is located minutes from fishing, beaches, golf courses, restaurants and all the fabulous things the Florida lifestyle offers! South Gulf Cove is a really nice quiet upscale home community with miles of scenic bike trails and a beautiful park/picnic area within walking distance of our home.

The master suite is located on it's own side of the house for total privacy! It also has a 50" wall mounted TV with surround sound. Master bath has dual sinks with a huge roman walk in shower and a large soaking tub for bubble baths for the kids or a Mom's time out with a glass of wine. It has his and hers closets that are loaded with extra pillows and blankets as well as a extra inflatable air bed with pump. It has direct access to the pool area through sliding glass doors.

2 additional bedrooms both with queen size beds are located on the other side of home. They both have wall mounted 50" flat screen Smart TV's and large closets loaded with extra pillows for a relaxing nights sleep after a day of fun in the sun.

The modern open kitchen is loaded with everything you could ever need. There are plastic cups for around the pool, a blender for frosty drinks and loads of spices, oils and everything you would need to make a great family feast.
The family room has a fabulous double trey ceiling with overhead rope lighting a 65" 4K Smart TV with sound bar w/subwoofer and an a multi color LED fireplace.

Open up the zero clearance sliders that disappear into the wall then relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine or take a warm swim in the heated in ground salt water pool with spa. Want to just sit relax and read a book? No problem, there are plenty of sitting chairs and chaise lounges for the whole family! Hungry after a day of swimming? There is a propane grill outside in lanai for cookouts with the family.

Sit on the dock early morning and watch the sunrise while sipping your coffee or hang out on the dock in the evening with friends and some night time cocktails watching the all the fish jump. Might even see a manatee swim by! Fishing rods with tackle and bait buckets are located in the garage and are all free to use during your stay.

For all the adventurers there are 2 kayaks on the lift ready to go for you to enjoy a day out on the water sight seeing or fishing on the over 50 miles of canals.

We stayed for the month of January 2025. The house was beautiful and the area was great for walking. When driving anywhere the traffic was always slow but that’s just Florida. The 1 drawback was the pool, it states that it’s a heated pool but it was too cold to go in it so I don’t think the heater was working.

We loved this home! Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay at Fisherman’s Fantasea. Everything met or exceeded our expectations. We especially loved coming home from a day out and about to enjoy an evening in the hot tub. We would love to stay again, if possible! You can’t go wrong with this property. It was very well-maintained and stocked with everything we needed. We requested a blower to tidy up the deck and garage area and the owner had Amazon deliver one! We rented the house for 34 days and enjoyed our winter break. Met several of the neighbors and everyone was inviting and friendly. The area offers a variety of activities like visiting the beaches, hiking and bike riding. We also enjoyed the spa and swimming pool. We would definitely book this property again.

As four adults, two couples we really enjoyed the home. Home was clean and cool. The beds were comfortable. We didn’t have much luck with fish in the canal. But did manage to catch a stingray. There was also a small alligator that hung out near the dock. Very enjoyable trip, just wish we had more time.

Felt like home. very beautiful & comfortable. All except the cameras that were everywhere except bathroom & bedroom. My wife would not come out of the bedroom because she was embarrassed by her nighty as to revealing. Would not swim or get in hot tub for same reason. There are so many things I can say about this property, but I will try to summarize it in just a few sentences. The home was beautiful and well maintained and provided every amenity we needed for a comfortable getaway. We visited Englewood Beach one day while we were there and it is such a beautiful beach! Other than that, we spent the majority of our time down on the dock and we saw three alligators and multiple sea turtles. We didn’t have much luck fishing, but that didn’t stop us from spending our days on the dock and then taking a quick dip in the pool to cool off. The weather was perfect to enjoy the hot tub in the evening, which we did as well. We would certainly book this rental again in the future!

Property: The house was great, modern and clean. We really appreciated that it was equipped with anything and everything you can possibly need, way more than most vacation rentals. The neighborhood is quiet and great for taking walks. We spent most of our time outside in the hot tub. It was a little chilly for the pool even with it being heated (we were there end of December & Florida was affected by the cold wave the country was having). Location: You will have to drive everywhere, but the grocery store (Publix) was very close (less than 5 minutes). For the beach, good restaurants, Punta Gorda, fun shopping, was at least 20-30 minutes away. Last thoughts: Communication was wonderful with the host! As a group of 5 adults, it was plenty big enough and nice that each bedroom kind of had its own bathroom. We had a wonderful time during the holidays at this property and would recommend if you are looking for a place away from the hustle and bustle.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay!!! The house is beautiful, super clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed to cook and grill for the week. The salt water pool is amazing and so refreshing! We spent MANY hours a day in the pool and hanging out on the lanai. There are plenty of nice pool towels as well as quality bath towels. We went to the beach a couple of times and it was nice and convenient to have the beach chairs and toys there at the house to use. A beach cart/wagon would be a great addition. I didn't have to contact Eddie for any issues, but I did message him a few times with general questions and he was super quick to respond. He is very friendly and never made me feel like I was pestering him. If the opportunity ever arises, we will stay at Fishermans Fantasea again!! If you are considering this property, go for it...you won't regret it!!!! It truly is a really nice place.

Our top priority in this VRBO rental was a place to relax and enjoy outdoor space with hot tub and pool. This was it! Lounging in the sun, dining outdoors and soaking in the hot tub were great! The east facing lanai afforded both sun and shade. I utilized the kayaks on the surrounding canals twice. We found the kitchen well appointed. We enjoyed a couple of beach walks 20-25 minutes away. Our hosts were quick to respond in answering questions. We left grateful and renewed!

WE TRULY ENJOYED OUR STAY THERE; WE LOVED OUR VISITOR AT THE CANAL DAYLY. THERE WAS ALL THE EMINITYS THERE FOR OUR STAY FOR COOKING, BEACH AND FISHING GEAR. THE ONLY THING FOR US THAT WAS WE WERE FARTHER AWAY FROM A BEACH THAT WE THOUGHT, AND THIS MADE IT A LITTLE TOUGH FOR THE KIDS BECAUSE THEY DIDNT LIKE THE RIDE, BUT STILL WAS A GREAT PLACE TO STAY.
