Your actions and those of your guests directly contradicted the decorum and respect we expect at our establishment.Let's start with the basics: our no-shoes policy is about hygiene and safety for everyone, a point your group chose to ignore completely. We offered slippers as a compromise, a gesture you clearly didn't value.Your argument over the room booking defies logic and highlights a failure to understand simple terms. You booked for three, not four. This isn't up for debate; it's a matter of compliance with safety standards. Your insistence on sneaking in an extra person, coupled with verbal insults, is both baffling and unacceptable.The terms of the refund were crystal clear at the time of booking: non-refundable. This is a standard practice across the industry. Trying to change these terms on a whim undermines the integrity of any agreement. We cannot change the policy because you choose to come with 3 men instead of 2.Now, onto the behaviour witnessed: the act of urinating in our parking lot by one of your party members is disgraceful. We have video evidence, and such conduct is intolerable. It insults not only our efforts to maintain a clean environment but also the intelligence of anyone involved. Like we have video proof that YOU DID SLEEP in our hotel,, so you are also lying when you state the contrary. Just a pathetic attempt to denigrate us.Your claim of harassment for our repeated attempts at communication is unfounded. Our intent was to find a peaceful solution, yet you chose insult over dialogue, claiming a right to overcrowd with 3 men the room against clear policies and NO PAYMENT.The abyss between our values and your actions is vast. We take pride in offering a clean, safe, and respectful setting for our guests—a commitment evidently lost on your group. Your review does not reflect on us but rather highlights the challenge of upholding our cherished standards against such blatant disrespect.

Is UNBELIEVABLE!!! You book a room with a private balcony with a STUNNING SEA VIEW. Then if you go inside the room the huge king size bed is positioned close to the window. Because you are an old person you couldn’t climb the stairs. In our descriptions we write clearly that the room is at the top floor. And if you go top floor you climb stairs as humans have not WINGS. But apparently you didn’t read it, or you thought someone would fly you there. Is not our fault if you don’t read the description especially in your condition . If I was an old person that couldn’t climb stairs I would call the property to ask, not arriving and complain. Because your mobility problems, we change the reservation of 3 other guests to accommodate your MISTAKE. And we host you at the ground floor. We have a restaurant and bar open from 7am to 9pm EACH AND EVERY DAY with one of the best chef of Portland, But most probably you didn’t understand that also. The people giving you ice was the same that could give you drinks and food for 14 hours a day. Plus our bar is open 24/7 thanks to our security that also serve drinks. But apparently you didn’t understand that also……..If you want to go geejam please make sure you have 10 times the money you spent at our villa and next time book a place there! The more you try to help the guets the less they are grateful. We don’t understand this kind of traveler and we wish to never meet people like that but unfortunately being a public space we are often visited from this kind of people. We will survive without actually much better. We really hope that you will find a better place next time but we strongly advise you to read the descriptions of the place you book. And when you pay 100 don’t expect 1000.

If this is a vengeance because we had to tell you two times to don't eat and smoke in the room, is sad. You had a room for 80 USD a night with TV, WIFI, Garden view, access to the swimming pool, Gym and Restaurant. We had to tell you 2 times to don't smoke in the room and you kept smoking. Your old car didn't start and we help you to jump-start, You are giving us a review 1 star, without even telling us what is the problem, this is just miserable revenge because we told you 2 times that you cannot smoke in the room and you were ashamed of yourself... You are not worth as a guest and we hope that people so disrespectful like you will never enter our gate again.

Hi Carol, we have 9 different rooms and 5 of them has Tv. We have rooms without Tv that are cheaper to meet everyone's budget. Evidently your budget couldn't afford the king size bedroom with Tv and you booked a queen size where WE DONT ADVERTISE TV! So you can't expect to find something in the room IF NOT ADVERTISED. Next time book a room spending more than 45usd and you can have all the optionals that you like. You HAD: access to the pool, free WiFi, restaurant, free parking, a huge yard, 4 common seaview terraces. For just 45 usd! It's unbelievable that you rate is 4 because there is not a TV! If you don't want to spend money and watch TV, you can always choose to stay home. Blessings

Dear John, We are happy you find our house a "clean place with amazing good food and quite". This really mean everything for us. The property HAS WIFI, but during your stay, unfortunately, the company didn’t provide the services because was doing some job in the mainline. We live in a bird sanctuary and you have all the main attractions really closeby, we also have a swimming pool for you to use at any time. We have a restaurant and bar open until 10pm. We are really sorry you had to look at the wall for two days instead of enjoying the wonders that surround us. We really hope for you to come back for another beautiful stay and we will make sure the Netflix is working as also the internet so you can enjoy at the fullest your stay with us. Blessings.
