Maison moderne avec caméras de surveillance et équipements désuets

Maison moderne avec jardin, située dans un lotissement relativement calme, à 15-30 minutes des plages et sites touristiques (caution de 1000 euros requise). 2 caméras rotatives sont installées à l’extérieur, dont une orientable vers la fenêtre de la salle de bain, détail non précisé dans l’annonce mais mentionné dans le contrat reçu à l’arrivée. Qu’en est-il d’autres caméras ? Accueil assuré par une personne mandatée par le propriétaire. À notre arrivée, une odeur de cigarette imprégnait la maison, et une bouteille en plastique contenant un liquide suspect (urine ?) était présente. Aucun produit de bienvenue ni geste attentionné n'a été prévu. Détecteur de fumée HS dissimulé dans un meuble. Contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans l'annonce, il n'y a pas de bain à remous. Propreté moyenne : déchet dans le jardin, poussières et toiles d’araignée… Les plaques de cuisson (dont une très sale), le four, la hotte et le lave-vaisselle sont modernes et fonctionnels. Le frigo givre et le compartiment freezer est rouillé. Il n'y a pas de bouilloire, ce qui peut être gênant pour les amateurs de thé, surtout avec un micro-ondes désuet et compliqué à régler. Le sèche-cheveux est vétuste, l'aspirateur peu performant et le lave-linge s'ouvre difficilement avec une corde (mécanisme étant cassé). L'étendage bancal est rafistolé avec du fil. Une prise électrique est bouchée avec du scotch. Les équipements pour bébé disponibles nécessitent un nettoyage, mieux vaut prévoir son matériel.

Wunderschönes Haus in wunderschönem Pont-Croix

Wer einen ruhigen Urlaub in einem schönen Winkel der Bretagne erleben möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Das Haus mit seiner neuen, klaren Architektur liegt am Ende des Ortes an den Feldern, mit Sicht in die Ferne. Wir haben die Woche dort sehr genossen und werden sicherlich wieder nach Pont-Croix kommen
