For rent by the week, architect villa with sea view, dominating from all rooms the large white sand beach of Plouescat.
This contemporary villa is designed to accommodate 6 people thanks to its 3 bedrooms including 2 bedrooms on the ground floor (1 160x200 bed for one, 2 90x190 beds for the other), with toilet and bathroom. A garage allows you to park your vehicle. We leave 2 adult mountain bikes and a baby seat available.
Upstairs, a large bedroom (160x200 bed) overlooks the beach and offers a private bathroom with a shower and a 2-seater jacuzzi facing the sea, ideal for relaxing in peace.
The kitchen with a central island, is open to the living room and the living room, which offer a panoramic view of Porsmeur beach and Porsguen harbor.
Opposite the living room, a first large terrace with sun loungers allows you to rest while enjoying the splendid 180 ° view. At the rear, a second terrace with garden furniture, opens onto an enclosed garden.
The villa is newly furnished for your comfort. The kitchen has a dishwasher, an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle, and all the dishes and utensils required. In the living room, the large flat screen has a satellite reception.
Other equipment: Wifi, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, duvets and pillows, bed linen provided (beds made before your arrival), 2 adult mountain bikes with baby carrier provided free of charge.
From the villa, you can take the coastal path that runs along the coast, enjoy the supervised beach (the SNSM station is 100m away), take a lesson at the nautical center (5mins on foot) ...

At low tide, the Bay of Kernic hosts horse races in August.

A swimming school also offers courses in the sea and in the pool, as well as aquagym at sea.
A market takes place 5 minutes walk every Sunday morning and Saturday in the village of Plouescat.

La maison est magnifique ainsi que la vue. Elle est d'une propreté parfaite et correspond exactement à l'annonce. Schönes Haus
Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, perfekt für eine vierköpfige Familie. Besonders toll ist der Ausblick auf das Meer und die direkte Lage am Strand. Leider war das Wetter während unseres Aufenthalts sehr schlecht, so dass wir den Strand nicht so nutzen konnten wie wir es gern getan hätten.

Traumhafte Lage
Ein sehr schönes, großzügiges Objekt. Wir haben die direkte Lage am Strand und die tolle Aussicht sehr genossen. Das Haus war in einem sehr guten Zustand und gut ausgestattet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
