Perfect location
The place is easy to find, the location is just a few minutes from the leaning tower The room we stayed in was very large with high ceilings, really airy. The room was clean with a very comfortable bed, a large size terrace with a beautiful view The bathroom has a lovely shower with plenty of towels and toiletries. The breakfast was continental, nice pastries, yogurt, cold meats and cheeses. Again, just right to start the day off The host was attentive and nothing was too much trouble 10/10

Friendly and helpful staff, great location in easy walking distance to the tower and cathedral. Rooms are nice and clean with good balcony. Would definitely stay here again while in Pisa.

Be SURE you make CLEAR plans for arrival as the facility is not staffed 24x7. My room was spacious and BONUS -- it had a lovely terrace. Breakfast was generous and yummy and there was a terrace option to enjoy the start to your dining day. 4-minute walk to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. A few more minutes to the Pisa Rossore station. 15-minute walk from main (central) train station.

Pisa Stay
Very close to restaurants, shops and Tower. The Owner (Luca) went 'above and beyond' to help with parking. He took his scooter and rode around a small area, until we found a parking spot. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful stay. The owner, Luca was so kind and helpful. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was good and the hotel also had a great balcony that overlooked the city. Hotel also very close to the Leaning tower of Pisa. We truly enjoyed our stay.

A warm welcome greeted us from the host who honestly couldn't do enough for us during our two night stay. Courteous, friendly and extremely welcoming. A fountain of knowledge about the area, best places to go, directions etc. The room was very spacious and more than big enough for a family of 3. The bathroom was extremely spacious with a wonderful shower. Towels, shower gel etc all complimentary. The room was impeccably clean with daily housekeeping. The private terrace was beautiful with fantastic views of the Leaning Tower of Pisa to your left. A lovely place to sit once home of an evening. Absolutely beautiful. The building itself is situated perfectly with restaurants, shops & supermarkets all within a few minutes walk; and some practically on your door step. A beautiful place to walk around and take in the beauty that Pisa has to offer. Highly recommend!!

Room with a view
From arriving at the property we were welcomed by a very knowledgeable receptionist who gave us tips on where to eat and we did - I Santi a few steps away was amazing. The hotel room was very spacious and exceptionally clean and we were even lucky to have a room with a balcony which from it we could easily see the Leaning Tower. The bed was very comfortable too. A continental breakfast awaited us on the 3rd floor with a large variety of choices. All in all a fantastic hotel room that we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone wanting a short trip to Pisa or a stay over close to the airport like our trip was. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at 7 Rooms! I travelled with my mother and sister so we had a room suitable for 3 adults with the most gorgeous view of a square and the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Breakfast was great, rooms very comfortable but what made the difference was Luca. Nothing was a problem and he welcomed us into the hotel and everything was great! He was so accommodating and helpful for us!

Fantastic local hotel, great position
An amazing place, with the most wonderful hosts. The room blew me away. Large, comfortable looking, stylish and with lovely rooms. It was quiet and of a high cleaniness level. The bathroom especially was clean. Breakfast on the terrace was lovely and with a great view of the tower. Some really nice local resturants, and in an excellent position.

Fantastic small hotel very close to the tower, botanical gardens and bars and restaurants. The room was large, bright and airy and had good air conditioning. The staff were very friendly and breakfast on the terrace was a real bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent from start to finish! Luca had excellent communication throughout and was brilliant, friendly and so helpful. He sorted us out with a taxi back to the airport which was much appreciated. Late check in and ability to store our luggage while we explored the next day was great. Room was very spacious and clean. Super selection at breakfast on a fab roof terrace with a view of the tower. Location 5 mins walk from the leaning tower. Air con a bonus too. Precautions for Covid all in place and we felt very safe. Thank you for such a great stay!

Excellent Location, lovely B&B
What a charming place the B&B is. Right in the centre of Pisa on the doorstep of the Tower and Cathedral, Luca was on hand to assist with parking on our arrival, our fiat 500 was squeezed into a wee spot right outside the property after Luca moved his scooter, just an example of how friendly and accomodating the staff were. The place is spotless, lots of character, our room #7 'La Romantica' was very spacious, had a lovely balcony overlooking the botanical gardens. Very comfy bed, roomy bathroom and quality shower. Ammtgmdtaj Continental Breakfast could of included an egg option, however what was there was delightful. I would 100% stay here again. Just one thing falls short, the tiny travel iron and desktop iron board. Come on guys, we are in Italy and need to looked pressed in line with the beautiful people and buildings all around us! Please invest in a proper iron and iron board (they won't break the bank!) for your guests for that final touch of excellent customer service, otherwise, a job very well done.

Highly recommended!
The location couldn’t be better, and the staff was incredibly helpful and nice. Rooftop breakfast was amazing! We had a very comfortable night in August thanks to the AC, and will definitely stay there again when traveling through Pisa.

This hotel didn't have a staff to let us in. We waited for two hours contacting the hotel and ringing the bell and no one ever came. After being in the heat for hours we walked to a nearby hotel and booked a room. After contacting hotels.com itntook hiurs to get in contact with the hotel and they refused to offer a refund when they never showed up to let us in and we sent an email to them notifying them of our arrival. Save yourself the headache and never book with them.

I would stay again!
It was great! They emailed us right away to make sure we would be good for check in, they saw we had a baby on guest list and asked if we wanted a cot, had it set up. Gave us the info to have someone meet us for check in. The morning breakfast was waiting and it was beautiful! Rooftop with a view of the leaning tower! Cool I’m the shade and tasty food! It was right outside the leaning tower and the shops and everything! Loved the customer service, and location! I would say again!

The location was perfect for what we wanted. Close to the Piazza del Duomo, Piazza del Cavalieri and we could have our breakfast overlooking the Botanical Gardens. Most of the sites and places of interest are only a reasonable walk away. The staff were all friendly and helpful with plenty of advice on places cafes and restaurants.
