GREAT PLACE!!!
My family has done trips to Pigeon Forge the last three years for a Christmas gathering. We do an early December gathering for the bigger family so everyone can be home for their immediate families on Christmas. Some of us only see each other once a year due to distances between our homes. This year's cabin was by far the best so far. Location, Cleanliness, size everything was great. This year I used Vrbo and SmokyStays for the first time. VERY PLEASED!!!

Wonderful stay!
Host was informative and helpful with any questions! The views are beautiful. Minutes from dollywood and other attractions and fun! We had plenty of room and the check out process was the easiest one we have ever done! Thank you !

We had a group of 21 senior citizens from our church. We had plenty of room for all. The only fault with the property was you need an outside light, not just the porch light. As our seniors were getting off the bus at night it was very hard getting them up ramp or steps. A light on a lamppost’s would be very helpful. Karen with Salty Dogs

Beautiful cabin close to town
Overall great place for large groups. Has 8 bedrooms and all have Queen or king beds. SEVERAL SETS OF QUEEN BUNKS only downfall, the master is in the middle of all the bunk rooms. Other than that most rooms have jack and jill style bathrooms. Kitchen is well equipped.

Family get together
Excellent location, needs new sofa and mattresses. Love the open floor plan. Huge refrigerator and kitchen island which was nice we had a group of 13 and had meals at the cabin so it worked great. Plenty of parking. Shower curtain in back master bedroom upstairs was mildewed but I always clean bathrooms before using also needs a new comforter. Overall a great cabin

Cassandra, I'm glad you enjoyed your stay! I'm sorry you had a problem with the trash but we offer free pickup as many times as you need all you had to do was ask. Unlike other cabin rentals, we don't make guests take their trash to a dump or charge trash pickup fees. Thanks for staying with us!

Large Family Vacation
This property was perfect for our family of 20 from Florida, Arizona, Michigan, and Tennessee. The space allowed us to spend time together but also get privacy when needed. The kitchen and dinning seats a large number of guests. The host was quick to respond to requests or needs, even on a Sunday. We would definitely choose to stay at the property again in the future.

This venue is so spacious, very clean. We had a minor issue with the dishwasher and immediately someone was there to fix it. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone.

Awesome house!!!
Highly recommended this house! So much room for our group of 26, it made our Thanksgiving wonderful! I loved that we didn't have to "clean" before we left, so many places make you strip beds, wash loads, sweep the floors, and you still have to pay a cleaning fee even though you did half the work! Thanks Sandy for all you did!!!

Great Mansion Great Location
Location cant be beat plus house is exactly as described. Owner responds instantly if you have questions. Great view as the house is elevated but only 1/4 mile of a climb making it easy for us to drive to.
