Loved the cabin and check in process, the location was great too. As for the cabin it was in need of a cleaning there’s spider webs everywhere and the fans and bathrooms are pretty dirty. Also we had a few issues, first the internet never fully worked we called and they would answer but the guy they sent didn’t do anything and told us one thing and the office another, the next day I called again they sent another guy he tried more to help but at the end the internet was bad it comes and goes could never use the AirPlay with the tv or our phones, then we had an issue with the fireplace it was leaking gas because the pilot turned off, I called again rapid answer they said they’d send someone, a guy called he was on he’s way and never went. The propane for the bbq was not full we ran out of gas the last day during our bbq. There’s a lot of thing that need repair the toaster only worked on one side, the hot tub in the master didn’t turn on any turbos, a few bathrooms were missing mirrors. But over all we really liked our stay, the online description is vague but it has the master room with the bathroom with the hot top, plus 2 rooms and another bathroom on the 3rd floor, then the 2nd floor has 1 bed room, 1 bath, kitchen and living/dining room, and the 1st floor has 1 bedroom with 1 bath inside and 1 bath outside with game room and a mini counter for coffee and a mini fridge. All the beds are amazing king size and comfortable, plus big screen TVs in all the bedrooms and living areas. Plus very close to the city and the mountains. If the do a better job with cleaning and response to the needs during the stay I wouldn’t think about it twice to stay there again.
