Our initial room had not been cleaned. We had to go back to get a new room, which had no towels, at all. The place is rundown and unkept. Our room smelled like smoke and the AC barely worked. We went down for our free breakfast, which was nonexistent since the staff said the manager did not bring. The hotel staff was very nice an attentive to our requests. The outdoor pool, with large slide was great.

The parking lot was trashed. The room smelt like cigarettes, there were stains on the sheets, and black stuff growing around the window. I cancelled my booking so fast and left. It was disgusting!

It was dirty, we had no towels in the room, they never serviced the room while we were there. The kids that ran the desk were too busy on their phones to answer the hotel phone. They say theres a breakfast served, it was coffee and pop tarts. The property was unclean and trash everywhere. If i coukd give half a star i would.

Floor nasty in room, foot print on sheets, no shower seat in roll in shower, tables nasty at breakfast, no breakfast and it was just put out, room looked and smelled like was used as a breakroom. Pillows looked laid on. Hard to get around with wheelchair in hallway and in office area. Very noisy from the pool and ice machine. Clerk was very unhelpful
