Everything was good. The only thing I had to do was clean the shower head. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Other than that everything was amazing and worked well.

Housekeeping didn't clean toilet, make the bed, or clean the surfaces. They just dropped off towels in the room and removed the dirty ones.

Convenient to get to Dollywood & Cades Cove. The upgrades made to the lodge were very nice! The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Property was very well kept. Location was perfect for what we wanted. Easy check in and out. Was disappointed with the continental breakfast. Was the same every day. Would suggest adding more fruit options and some muffin choices and maybe even donut choices throughout the week. I did think the pancake maker was convenient, would recommend getting a couple more of those machines to keep up with the busier times.

This property was average at best. It definitely didn’t look near as nice as the pictures make it look. There were areas that were dirty and hadn’t been cleaned. The TV was grainy. I did like that we were right on the strip, and it was so easy to get everywhere.

The room was nice. The pillows weren’t the best and the refrigerator was not clean on the top (it had food crumbs and brown liquids on it). The beds were comfy and the indoor pool was perfect for my kids.

The staff was great and courteous.We loved the indoor heated pool and indoor hot tub. The room was clean and the fridge was bigger than a mini fridge. There was a clean microwave. We liked the heat lamp in the bathroom. The breakfast was hot with more options than a standard continental breakfast, and there was a pancake machine our whole family enjoyed. We will come again.

Arrived around 11 and the security guard was working the window. He couldn’t find my reservation and then told me to rebook with him. I told him it was nonrefundable. He ended up having to call someone to come in and I sat outside for 20 minutes waiting. I eventually got in and it was a decent stay. The check in process put a bad taste in my mouth

Wonderful hotel!
Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay at Willow Brook Lodge. The hotel was clean. Towels are changed out daily , which is rare since Covid. The location was great. The fireplace and whirlpool tub was perfect for our honeymoon. The biggest issue we had was the heating/air unit in the room. Generally, we use them to block out noise, especially at night. The units here are very quiet. And you can hear everything, including outdoor traffic off the highway, adjoining rooms, etc… My words of advice are to bring a travel fan to block out noise at night. We will definitely stay again. We enjoyed our stay!

Spring get away
We loved our first floor room and how close it was to the indoor pool and hot tub. The location was near everything we planned on doing. Really enjoyed breakfast every morning with fluffy biscuits, eggs, sausage and an excellent cup of coffee.

We had a great stay. Clean. Beds were comfy as well as the sheets and blanket. The pool and hot tub was awesome. My only wish would that the hot tub opened earlier than 9am. I wake up at 6am. An early morning would have been nice.
