Enjoy ultimate privacy with no neighbor to the left, no balcony across, and nobody above...Ahhhh the peace!

The whole condo is yours! That's right, you won't hear me at 5am making coffee and breakfast. You also have all the amenities of the complex including temperature regulated pool, jacuzzi, pool and ping pong table, and gym. Don't forget, you have a beautiful balcony to kick back and have a drink on (don't worry, the sun shade will have your back).
Other things to note: October to March there is no AC but I supply fans and with the windows open it will cool overnight. April to September there is AC but no heating. This is dictated by the HOA and out of my control but I will do all I can to make you comfortable. I mean it is Scottsdale after all! We can only stress the grid system so much! If you’re old af this place ain’t for you.
Only one key rule: Live in the moment.

Great location, this unit was perfect for my stay. Host had very clear, easy communication for checking in and all things needed for my stay! Very relaxing and stress free trip!

This is our 4th stay at Maya Condos, it’s in a perfect location for everything. The condo was great, everything we needed, very comfy bed and powerful air conditioning as it was over 110 degrees everyday. Love the pool and hot tub too.
