Terrific stay!
What a great property for short or long-term stay. We loved the backyard, and even though we didn’t use it, the fire pit was a great addition! Wonderful location for us while we were at the Dignity Rehabilitation. Nice large bathroom, very comfortable bed. And our car and dog felt right at home!

Chandler Stay
We enjoyed our stay at Colleen’s and Michael’s property. The location is perfect….lots of restaurants etc….close by. The hosts were very cordial and on site which we liked. Our property was very clean as well!

A great home that is actually Pet Friendly FOR ALL PETS
The owners were very warm, friendly and accommodating. They let my cats and me stay here for a couple weeks, which I appreciated since most so called ‘Pet Friendly’ properties only allow dogs. Communication was excellent. It was very clean and they offered to freshen up the room a week after staying there which I haven’t found any other rentals offer for free. The neighborhood is kind of a farming community, so you hear roosters and the occasional braying donkey. (The roosters weren’t very noticeable in the rooms though.) In their Welcome Book, they listed a couple of breakfast items (omelettes, etc) they would make for you if interested. I always went out, but I thought it was nice to know this was an option and it also made them stand out from the other rentals I’ve stayed at. Thank you Colleen & Michael for sharing your home with us!

Perfect Winter Getaway from the Midwest
Overall, everything was clean, the beds were comfy, the updated bathrooms were spectactular! Even the couch was nice for lounging and the space heaters were nice at night since it did cool off. The refrigerators, microwaves & the keurig were all an added bonus! We weren't expecting them! Colleen was very quick to answer questions & accommodating when needed to park a car at the rental when carpooling. We loved all the food recommendations and only 20 minutes from Phoenix-Mesa Airport. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

Shortened stay
Property was good value for the dollar. Room could have been aired out, there was a musty door. May have been the carpet. Could have been two sets of towels for a five day stay. Unfortunately our stay was shortened to two nights due to covid19. I would recommend this property with the above considerations. Really liked the key system.

Wonderful Stay
I really enjoyed the welcoming, clean, attractively furnished King room and the beautiful grounds. I was able to use public transport to get around and there were several restaurants close by. The room comes with a small fridge and microwave and a few dishes so I could buy a few groceries and eat breakfast in. Overall a convenient location and a private, comfortable, quiet room.
