The mini fridge freezer did not freeze despite calling in advance to ensure a working freezer for breast milk storage. The staff helped to store in their lounge. Still would have preferred to have it in my own room like they confirmed over the phone.

The breakfast was great, the staff were really friendly, and the rooms were clean and spacious. The bummer for us was the pool, although it was small the problem was the pool was way too cold (the heater wasn't functioning). So, it was not conducive for swimming, one of the reasons for selecting the hotel. That being said, it was most likely a temporary problem, as the supervisor said maintenance was working to fix the issue.

Perfect stay after a long night
After a long disappointing night. We ended up here and were greeted with a smile. Service was excellent and very accommodating. He found a room on the top floor away from everything that would be quiet and peaceful. Everything was clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend.

We booked this hotel last minute and only stayed one night. I had zero expectations other than proximity to a sporting event. Having said that, this establishment was a true gem. Everything is so clean, smells amazing and the staff is super friendly. I even had an opportunity to try out the fitness center and was really pleased with the machines. The room accommodations were beyond my wildest hope. The bathroom was huge in our 2 Queen room. The beds were comfortable, plenty of USB ports for charging and a truly innovative closet/fridge storage space. I highly recommend staying here if you're ever in the KoP area.

It's nice to have shampoo, conditioner, shower gel in the shower, however, the labeling is poor. Folks with glasses, like me, don't usually wear them in the shower. The small font and low contrast print on the bottles made using the proper product a bit of a guessing game.

This place was the singularly worst hotel experience I have ever had. I am a senior citizen and I have had many!!! When I arrived mid afternoon there was a large contingent of floor cleaners with multiple hoses coming in the front door. Water everywhere. When I got to the elevator, there was more standing water in the elevator. Am employee rode the elevator with all the guests due to volume of water. I am a handicapped American, and was barely able to get to my room. I was there to meet a dear friend of 67 years, and she came over to visit in my room. She was on a walker and had to stay seated in the walker to get to our room. Water everywhere. We started chatting and enjoying being to gether when the loudest fire alarms went off for a test! It was screeching and horrendously loud. And it would NOT STOP! We had to leave the hotel and go into my car in the parking lot to sit and chat! You should have paid me to stay there. Not me pay you for this debacle experience. SHME ON YOU

Our room could have been cleaner and there was not enough towels, soap etc left by the maid. You have to ask to have your room serviced now and that is so inconvenient for your guests. The breakfast offered was sub par.

Comfortable enough to stay again.
All of the staff were warm and welcoming. They were prompt in their responses and service. We were missing a lamp on one of the bedsides and the bolt lock was broken, but for the most part, it was a comfortable stay. Thank you to the staff ❤️

Room was spacious and clean; it had an iron, hairdryer, microwave, coffee maker, and shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower. There were great outdoor and indoor common areas and an awesome walking path right outside the back of the property that stretches about 10 miles. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a small "shop" to buy overpriced snacks and drinks, which is convenient but there is also a gas station within walking distance and other shops in driving range as well. Expedia smashed my first and last name together so I wasn't able to easily find my reservation online but there were no issues once I checked-in in person. And my only other complaint would be the fire alarm going off at 7am for burnt toast at the breakfast bar. I love being safe, but it took a while for the alarm to turn off.

Poorly Managed Stay at Marriott.
Check in took a moment to find our reservation. Then their card reader could not accept our card. Which was funny, as they have it posted that it’s card only, no cash; but then their card system was very wS twisted. Card system did not accept chip or tap, slide only! I had to manually enter all of our info. Hotel was over run with loud and unruly children going to soccer games in the area. The parents were all on pause. My husband and I were almost run over by a kid on a bike in the parking lot. During the night, kids were running the halls yelling and slamming doors. Above our room kids were running around the room and jumping off of something and making very loud thuds. Woke up to the same behavior. When I called the front desk to advise them of the loud thuds, I was advised that they have a lot of children as guests! Well I realize Mgmt is limited, but you’d think a phone call could be made to the family above yo make them aware. Not just tell me to deal with it. Last but not least, our room was wonderful, very spacious, however we also had mold in our shower.
