Someone in room above was bouncing a ball against the wall at 6:00 am - not hotels fault but not pleasant to wake up to. Will ask not to be on first floor next time - lots of early morning hallway noise.

The main thing I came for was the pool after about an hour we realized it wasn’t clean we told front desk it needed cleaning by the morning it was out of service and I couldn’t enjoy, this is not a bad spot just need to do what there suppose to.

No receptionist at front desk when you need checkin or to get extra bath towels. You need to wait patiently up to 20 mins. Receptionist can yell at customers but when you raise your voice to match hers, she threatens to call police. This is the only hotel we were treated badly on our entire trip.
