The hotel is convenient and... fine, adequate, that's it. Everything seems a little worn down and in need of an update. Our room was missing some sheets on the bed, which I realized when I was trying to go to sleep at midnight. After three phone calls to the front desk they were unable to do anything to help the situation, saying the one housekeeping person was "very busy". After 30 minutes of waiting for a sheet so I could go to sleep, we had to just change rooms, which required waking my son up to move. Not ideal or helpful.

Soundproofing was really bad. I could hear other guests talking the hallway and partying in their rooms. The linen and furniture didn’t feel clean at all, and the building felt outdated. Lastly, the elevators took forever to come and stops every other floors.

Bulb in the hall of the room was burned. Shower gel was empty. Call for shower gel and towel repeatedly didn’t get the results. Had to take the shower without the soap. Safe door was not working. Sink tap was dripping the whole time. Only 2 elevators worked and it was crowded. So, we walked 14 flight of stairs with all luggage only to see lot of others doing the same. No apologies when we reported the issues on check out, but just took note of it. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone

Everything was great except the communication of the parking garage. It says bring tour ticket for validation, I did at check in. We were charged $38 plus the $50 incidental. When we checked out, I turned in our room keys. Went to leave and was charged another $38. I tried to show we were charged. The attendant said you have to turn your keys in at the garage. Ok fine, but couldn't this just be communicated? Other than that, everything was oerfect.
