We are pleased to know that you appreciated our staff, in particular their kindness and professionalism.However, we are a bit sorry for what you wrote about the rest. We would like to remind you that the hotel provides different types of rooms, from 16m2 to 50m2 of size, with or without lake view. The room you booked was a Classic Small with lake view, 16m2, so one of the smallest we have, but we still had bigger rooms available when you reserved. All rooms are equipped with closets, open as well as standard ones.With reference to the services, on our official website and on the rest of the OTAs which sell our rooms is properly described what the hotel offers. We would like to also highlight that every 4 stars hotel distingues itself from the others for what choose to offer.As regards the area around the hotel, it's clear also on our website that we are on Lake Garda, in San Benedetto di Lugana, Porto Bergamini, which is an ancient fishermen village, famous for its architectural peculiarity too, and where every year thousands and thousands of tourists, families above all, choose to come on holiday for the beauty and the variety of services it's able to offer.On behalf of the entire VisionTeam We thank you & look forward to seeing you soon!
