Dirty!!! dead bugs everywhere, dirty glasses and coffee cups . Towels and bed linens were horrible . Everything is run down and in horrible shape . Would NOT recommend staying here .

I would never come back at this property. The staff was a little fishy. Took my credit card number manually. Very weird. The washroom curtain was sp dirty. Room smells lile someone smoked on it. Stay away from this hotel.

This is a dated motel that should have had a reno probably 20 years ago. The bed was likely original to opening day and the pillows as they were, seemed better designed for a couch. While there was a coffee maker, there weren't any of the pre-made pouches provided. I booked about 5 days ahead of our stay and the price was $169. The before our stay I looked and the price had dropped to $99. I mentioned this to the staff but there was no reply. On the plus side, check in was 5 minutes, the room was clean as much as we could tell and the location of the motel right beside the lake was nice. We were only there for one night, and I suppose if I had to do another last minute booking, I would stay again, but I would fight harder for the discounted rate.

Well, when we entered the room, there was a towel on each bed and then there was a dish towel and then what was supposed to be a face cloth. Dish towels are not acceptable hand towel in my opinion. Especially ones that were stained. Very powerful industrial cleaner smell that did not dissipate. However, when I got out of the shower and walked across the room a couple of times my feet were very dusty/dirty, which means there was not a quick mop done to the room after the previous guests. In my opinion. I can’t pretend that the bedding was adequate. Old and quite well used. I could expect this from an $85 room but not a room that was close to $200.

Great location across the beach, short walk on the Esplanade & atmosphere to peach festival music. Suite had kitchen & the pool. DID NOT LIKE- no toilet paper, no toiletries, no tea/coffee, spider webs on ceiling fan chains, blood stains on spare pillow & pillow case, dirty dishes in cupboard, blood stained filthy sheets in hide a bed
