Great condo for Pensacola Beach
Great condo for Pensacola Beach that has the Gulf of Mexico view from the 6th floor. Clean and spacious, with great communication from the property manager. Will come back in the future with my family.

Long needed beach trip
Overall the place was great and I highly recommend this place to others. Everything was set up and ready to go when needed and having items there for you just in case you forgot yours or didn’t know you could use available was a huge plus. The beach cart was very handy for the amount items that were taken back and forth to the beach.

We absolutely LOVED this place! We’ll be returning with our kids. The condo has EVERYTHING you need for a beach getaway. The kitchen had all the pans and dishes you would need to cook. They had chairs, and other beach gear so we didn’t have to buy or tote down in or luggage. The beach is a short 5min max walk. There’s even a trolley stop in front of the building that takes you into town so you don’t have to drive!!! This condo was clean and comfortable. Was a wonderful getaway for the husband and I. Donna was so sweet and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this place!

Beautiful beach condo
The condo was very clean, building was quiet and very secure. We couldn’t be happier! You can walk to the main beach, .5 mile, or there is a quiet public beach even closer. Owner communicated very well and even let us know the Blue Angles would fly over and a time! Thanks for a great stay!

Our family spent a couple days here and we couldn’t ask for a better property to serve our needs. You could easily spend multiple weeks at this condo comfortably. The hosts had everything, beach supplies etc. Furniture was well thought. You can tell they’ve been hosting for awhile and if they haven’t I’d be shocked. Thanks again for everything. We will be returning.

This property has a beautiful view of the ocean! It was clean and fully furnished . The wagon provided to carry things to and from the beach was an extra bonus . Checking in was a breeze and communication with Donna the property manger was exceptional! The only negative to the property was the 5 minute walk to the beach but even that was not a deal breaker. We will definitely be back for future visits .

Great view and host
The condo was very clean and comfortable. Great location and the view and balcony access from every room is amazing. The only down side is that you can’t access the beach directly across the street due to fencing. But there are beautiful beaches within a short drive or walk. We had one disabled person so the walk was prohibitive. Our host was extremely helpful and immediately responsive.

Positives: spacious, gorgeous view and elevator. Close to everything . Negatives: although it was a brisk 5 minute walk, access to beach was a bit difficult with small children and took much longer to haul beach items and small in beach cart.

Fantastic condo
We have stayed at Mimi condos and this is one of the best equipped condos we have ever stayed at. It had everything you could need sans a washer and dryer. Every kitchen tool, every beach item you could possibly want was in this condo. The condo was very roomy and clean with the unbeatable view of the Gulf. Enjoyed a quick weekend with our “children”!

The view from this condo is STUNNING!
I was amazed at the choice I made to stay here. I looked at several places before deciding on this one and so happy I did. For not knowing where Sabine Yacht and Racquet club was located I'm was definitely pleased. The view from here was STUNNING! Emerald green water that transitions to blue with white sand beaches is BEAUTIFUL. Going back to the Atlantic after the Gulf is going to be sad. Just basically tan and green,brown water. I seriously hope to return here soon. The condo is beautiful and very well stocked with everything you could need. They even had utensils and cups for children. Very well thought out. This entire vacation was fun. Donna Printiss- thank you so much for this amazing vacation we had!

This was a great location and cute condo. The area is fairly quiet traffic wise. The short walk to the beach was easy and the condo had a wagon for easy transport of our chairs and cooler. The pool and fire pit area were nice as well on the sound side.

Very nice condo located on bay side, directly across street from the ocean. Loved our ocean view from both bedrooms and living area. All the amenities of home. Fully equipped kitchen, plenty of comfortable seating in living area and nice large balcony. Close to restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend!

Great place to spend our anniversary
The weather was great all during our stay. The unit was clean and comfortable. Everyone we talked to at the unit was friendly. The location was perfect with many restaurants nearby. The pool was warm with plenty of seating, although not many used it. The Blue Angels flew by our balcony our first night there, we got to see them practice on Tuesday. You can't get on the base if you aren't military or former military, so we watched them from the Walmart parking lot with about 100 other people. It was a super trip all the way around. Hoping to go back next year for our 51st anniversary!!

This was really an awesome property! So, SO clean; balcony access to living room and both bedrooms! Stocked very well! Beautiful views of beach! Very spacious! The building was maintained extremely well! Only drawback which I might have missed, but I was surprised that the unit did not have its own washer/dryer; this was a first in a condo stay for me! There was convenient access on the first floor to coin laundry though. Also, you have to take a short walk down the street to get to beach access, it is not directly across! This wasn’t a problem for us but just a heads up. We really thoroughly enjoyed our stay. They truly thought of everything!

I was surprised to find this condo still available with as nice as it looked in the pictures and in just a few weeks out from the 4th of July. Although the pictures are very good they don't do it justice. Very nice with a great view of the gulf. Proximity to the beach is very reasonable in walking distance also. We had everything we needed and more. The beach cart is a nice touch and came in handy. Other than the property the property manager communicated well and even the residents in the building were all very friendly. Prefect place to book.

This is a lovely condo, extremely tastefully decorated, and it was the cleanest one we have probably ever stayed in at the beach. The beds were very comfortable and seemed to have newer mattresses which were very pleasant for sleeping. The views of the Gulf out the glass doors were beautiful. The kitchen was well-stocked with anything you might need. If you are renting this condo, I highly recommend it for comfort, but be sure to check access to the beach before you rent. The traditional access across Fort Pickens Road at the edge of the Holiday Inn parking lot was cut off by a fence on the third day of our visit, and the nearest public access is about a quarter mile down the road. Of course, we were told the HOA is working to solve this problem, so hopefully they will have it squared away by the time you are reading this. Beautiful, comfortable condo, highly, highly recommend.

This is how a rental experience should be!
I have never left an online review before, but am doing so because this was the cleanest and most well appointed rental property we have ever experienced. The kitchen was more than fully stocked with dishes, glasses and silverware. The bathrooms had top quality towels and ample personal items. The closet contained most everything one would need for a day at the beach. And the entire condo was immaculate! Would recommend this unit and owner to anyone!
