The hotel put my room under a stairwell on the side of the building where a team of tree cutters was staying. The tree cutters and 2 women were raucous all night. I asked for a different room and the hotel would not accommodate. The tree cutters parked their big equipment trucks in the parking lot, making it impossible to get out of my parking space. The free breakfast was unpalatable. The room reeked of cleaning supplies. Housekeeping took my dirty towels, but did not replace them with clean towels. The bathroom does not have a vent fan. Best Western hotels had become my first choice when traveling. Not anymore.

This is your classic motel, park in front of your type.. the room was solid as in, we couldn’t hear our neighbors next door which is great. However the chemical/mold smell was very overwhelming.. it burned my nose and gave me a headache. If your sensitive to chemicals or mold you may look other then here.. my parents room was a little better smell wise. It does have a fridge and microwave and pool and breakfast that was nice.

Very convenient to I-40. Beds was very comfortable and room was very clean. Breakfast was very good with lots of options - waffles, pancakes, eggs, breakfast potatoes, oatmeal, cereal, biscuits and gravy and fruit.

The office and dining area looked very neat. The lady at the front was pleasant. The breakfast looked good, however I only had coffee, which was excellent. When we opened the door to our room, there was such a strong smell of javex or cleaning product that we had to leave the door open to air the room out. The carpet is filthy and stained, sofa bed had stains on it and garbage under the cushions. When we went to bed, my husband saw blood on the top cover and that’s when I had enough. I went to the front desk to complain and we were given another room which was much better. I still would not come back again.

We were not able to take a shower. When you turn the shower on only a portion of the water was coming through shower head and it was spraying everywhere. I can’t believe a hotel would reserve a room in this kind of shape for guests to stay in. Such a waste of money 😩

We had an okay stay at this hotel, but there were some drawbacks which made us not want to stay here again. We got two king bed rooms, both non-smoking. One of the rooms smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. The staff was very friendly, that’s always a pro. The rooms were clean and tidy. It was quiet and the air conditioner, microwave, fridge and hot water, all worked great. The biggest downside was the complimentary breakfast. Milk was sour, our toddler was not very happy. The eggs also tasted as if they used the curdled milk to cook them. The sausage was not something I’d write home about, and all the food was cold. All the pre-packaged items were in good condition, however. If you are staying here, I’d recommend getting breakfast elsewhere. All in all, it was an okay stay.

Easy check in and they were very friendly at the office. Theres several places to eat that are clise enough to walk to. I also appreciate they gave me a room on the bottom floor

One night stay
I stayed one night on the way to Birmingham, AL... it was not the fanciest Hotel but it was more than adequate... the hotel is older and has outside doors but it was WELL lit and in a SUPER safe area... the bed was amazingly comfy... I took a very hot shower which was great and watch TV while using the wifi on my computer... all in all I would for sure stay again... I live in Louisiana and travel about every two months to see twin granddaughters in Birmingham... I stay in Pearl to break up the trip... so for nights stay.. I was very satisfied!!!
