Nice quiet place!
Everytime i come to Pattaya I stay here! Quiet.. staff fantastic! 3 mins stroll from main road from baht bus to take you to centre of Pattaya!

Highly recommended!
This was a most unexpected, but perfect surprise. To find this quiet oasis tucked away in a small side street of popular Nakula Road. A relic of past glorious years, with a perfect, personal service, long bath tubs instead of showers, air con, fridge, and a lovely tropical garden with a huge and clean pool. Great value for money, too!

A marvelous relic of past glorious times
It's a totally underrated and often overlooked jewel of a resort. Not new, and indeed in need of renovations. But ultra comfortable and well appointed. Hot bath. Good pool. Friendly service. Fridge. All at a very good low rate.

Photos are deceiving. Awful place!!
This place is no resort. Rooms are run down. Bathrooms are at least 30 years old. The photos advertised are completely deceiving. The facilities around this so called resort are broken and the whole place has a sense of abandonment. It is off any main thoroughfare which sees you beholden to being picked up by the staff's rogue taxi mates and forced to pay exorbitant fares. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!!

The stay was very good The staff is very good . It is located at a little distance from the main road (5 to 7 minutes walk) The swimming pool is excellent. Your valuable are safe as a digital locker is provided in every room. The Manager Mr Wats is very helping. I enjoyed the hospitality. Recommended.

Nice for families
Lovely owners went out of their way to make us welcome and respond to requests e.g. for food for toddlers. The rooms were a little dated, but for the price very good value. The best thing for us with 2 small kids was the pool and garden area. We wouldn't normally stay in Pattaya, but it was close to the Khao Kieow Zoo where we had just camped. The only negative thing was smoking of the other guests in the eating area at breakfast.

This hotel is in a jungle nearest shop is 1,5 km it is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in I think it's never been painted in 50 years the furniture is old and dirty the full hotel needs a refurbish there is no restaurant open on a night I would not stay there even if they say for free

quiet a bit far from city center but lovely place
the hotel was amazing. the pool was great and so clean. but the hotel is lil bit far from city center. my boyfriend and i rented a motorbike for 200bath/day to make it easier. By motorbike it took 5 mins go to the central ( pattaya beach ). The staff couldn't speak english but so helpful. Maybe the hotel doesnt suit to many young people who want to live near the city center / nightlife etc. but if you just want to lay down and enjoy the pool & surroundings, read the book, this is gonna be ur best place w/ affordable price :) and one thing, i booked the standart room, but the staff gave me the deluxe room for free, no additional charge ;)

Relax Off The Beaten Path
I loved it! I extended my stay from 4 to 9 to 10 days total at Riviera. Staff very friendly. I went to Pattaya for Songkram and so I chose a hotel a bit out of the city center to escape the chaos. It worked well. Just a short song tao ride to beach road, but a quiet home when I wanted to rest. Swimming pool surrounded by trees. Beautiful landscape with many places to sit and relax all around resort. WiFi is free, and only in reception area, but my new MacBook Air picked up a weak (and slow) signal in room. Worked fine. Some dogs in the neighborhood. They scared me the first day, but then I learned to speak Thai to the dogs. I also gave them chicken to eat, and then had no problem with dogs. Easy to catch the song tao on Naklua road, but you do have to walk a bit to get to the main soi. When coming back to room, you can get a motorbike taxi for 20 baht (I did that twice) but I enjoyed the walk.

Nice and Quiet
Hotel is very nice and economical. A very good place to relax with friends or with special someone. Staying at the hotel is like living in a lush garden. The hotel has excellent landscaping. Quite a few British expats were there for holiday during my stay. However for Americans, I think hotel needs to improve key security, which I found to be lacking. I did however notice a couple of Thai policemen providing nighttime security on the premises, but I still did not feel completely safe.

残念ですが2度目の利用はありません。
問題は客室にあります。室内にヤモリが数匹生息しています。（私は問題ありませんが）ムカデの脚が短い物、アリ（大小）など、生き物嫌いな人は耐えられないと思います。羽アリも大量発生しました。シャワーを浴びると鉄臭く、色がコーヒーのようです。浴槽があるけれどお湯の温度が低いので溜めると水浴びしか出来ません。その他いろいろあり、おススメはしません。

Für den Preis ok
Abseits des Touristentrubels, daher wenig Infrastruktur. Aber 5 min Fussweg und 7-8 min mit dem Baht-Taxi und man ist mittendrin. Aufmerksames Personal, d.h. täglicher Handtuch-, Bettwäschewechsel. Es werden auch kleine Speisen frisch zubereitet. 24-Stunden-Rezeption.

если кто решил поехать в этот отель очень рекомендую поверить моему отзыву. ездили отдыхать в феврале 2016 года. отель очень плохой. номера в кошмарном состоянии. мы ездили с друзьями и у нас были соседнии номера так вот чтобы зайти к друзьям нам не надо было выходить из номера потому что из нашего номера к ним была входная дверь на которой с двух сторон были задвижки как в туалете. можно говорить шепотом и все равно будет слышно в соседнем номере, мы проверяли. отель очень старый. мы не капризные но этот отель очень испортил нам настроение. мы хотели на следующий день переехать но при заселении еще не показав номер нам дали подписать бумагу на которой было написано с какого числа и по какое мы будем проживать и сколько мы должны заплатить, мы конечно и подписали.когда решили переехать вспомнили об этом и поняли что могут возникнуть проблемы тем более что в этом отеле на ресепшене постоянно сидят 3-4 полицейских. до моря очень далеко. не смотрите на карту ,дело в том что по прямой очень близко но по прямой не пройти и приходиться идти через 16 сой а это очень далеко. если кто все таки хочет рискнуть посоветую забронировать на два дня и посмотреть , если все устроит продлить бронь. с этим проблем не будет, отель полупустой даже в сезон. в общем за эти деньги можно снять гораздо более приличное жилье.

Единственный плюс этого отеля - живописная территория. К сожалению, отель оставляет желать лучшего: мебель в номерах старая, у кровати только одна тумбочка(телефон,часы хоть на пол клади), шкаф с неприятным запахом и несъемными вешалками, ванная комната - вообще ужас. Стены в отеле как будто из картона - очень хорошая слышимость. И ещё: кажется, что море рядом, а на самом деле топать до него в обход примерно 25минут. магазинов рядом нет, как и кафе. Цена для такого отеля завышена. В отеле проживают пожилые немцы с молодыми тайскими мальчиками, что не нравится остальным постояльцам.

Nettes Personal,aber leider einige Mängel.Klimaanlage war etwas laut und hat stark zum tropfen angefangen.Upgrade auf ein grösseres Zimmer war kein Problem.Hätten auch ein gleiches Zimmer auf der anderen Seite bekommen.Leider eine Baustelle hinter der Anlage,die aber dem Ende zugeht.Zimmer auf der anderen Seite sind ruhiger,wo mann die Baustelle auch kaum hört.

Solo Urlaub an ruhiger Lage
An ruhiger Lage , kein Nachtlärm von Baren oder Partys und trotzdem nicht weit vom Nachtleben entfernt. Ausserordentlich freundliche und zuvorkommende Angestellte vom Reinigungspersonal bis zu den Vorgesetzten. Wer nicht den absoluten super Luxus braucht sondern einfach eine gemütliches und sauberes Hotel will , ist hier absolut richtig. Sollte dieses Hotel freie Plätze haben wenn ich das nächste mal gehe, dann wähle ich es wieder.

Tolle Gemeinschaft in gemütlicher Anlage
Der erste Eindruck (Anfahrtsweg) lässt einen zweifeln ob das Hotel die richtige Entscheidung war. Aber diese Zweifel verfliegen sehr schnell, wenn man erstmal eingecheckt hat. Eine etwas angestaubte, jedoch sehr gemütliche Atmosphäre erwartet einen hier. Toller Pool mit einem wunderschönen Garten. Gäste sind zum Großteil regelmäßig und alljährlich wiederkehrend hier. Auch ich werde wiederkommen, um an der Poolbar (24 Stunden) einen oder mehrere Drinks mit den Stammgästen zu nehmen. Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und macht fast alles möglich! Fazit: für den Preis ein perfekter Rückzugsort im Trubel Pattayas, da das Hotel etwas außerhalb (15 Minuten mit dem Bahtbus) von der Walking Street liegt. Alles in allem mit das Beste was ich in 12 Jahren Pattaya bewohnt habe. Wer großen Luxus braucht wird sich hier allerdings nicht heimisch fühlen. .ist aber auch unter den Gästen sicher nicht unbedingt erwünscht-)

Das Hotel ist zwar in die Jahre gekommen was aber kein Problem war da der Rest alles passt.Der Pool ist Top,die Anlage gepflegt,das Essen sehr Gut,die Angestellten sehr sehr Nett und man hat absolute Ruhe.Die Zimmer sind Sauber,lediglich das Bad war ein bisschen klein.Zur Hauptstrasse sind es 3 min zu Fuss,dann kommt man für 10 Bath überall mit dem Bahttaxi hin.Ich kann das Hotel jedem Empfehlen der Ruhe sucht,wert auf den Pool legt, gut essen will und ein schönes Ambiente sucht(man fühlt sich wie in Ayutthaya).

จุดประสงค์ของการเข้าพักตอนแรกคือเน้นถูก อยู่ในเมืองแต่ไม่วุ่นวายค่ะ บรรยากาศรอบๆร่มรื่นน่าพักดี พนักงานต้อนรับดีค่ะ ตอนกลางคืนขอผ้าห่มเพิ่ม ก็บริการเรียบร้อยดี แต่ที่นอนบริเวณหัวเตียงไม่ค่อยสะอาด ทั้งสามห้องเลยค่ะ มีทรายๆเหมือนเศษฝุ่นผงอยู่ ที่นอนก็ยังมีทรายอยู่บ้าง แต่โดนรวมแล้ว บริเวณอื่นและห้องน้ำสะอาดดีค่ะ ในราคานี้ถือว่าคุ้มเลยค่ะ เพราะนอนได้สามคน มีเตียงเสริมให้ ซึ่งเตียงจริงก็ใหญ่กว่าคิงส์ไซส์ทั่วไปค่ะ นอนสบายดี ข้อเสียคือ ถ้าไม่เอารถมาเองจะเดินทางค่อนข้างไกลเล็กน้อยค่ะ
