This guesthouse is basic, which is what I expected for the price I paid. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was hard but this suited me. The air-conditioning worked well too. The location was right in the heart of the entertainment which was great, the downside of that being the noise if you want an early night, so I'd recommend to bring ear plugs. I would certainly stay here again and would recommend here, great value for money

Great value.
Great staff and service. Clean large room with wetroom and safe. Great cheap food on site used by many. Obviously loud area until early hours.

The location is great for party central. This is not a quiet retreat. An excellent sports bar with great management and staff. You are always made to feel welcome and the atmosphere is really the biggest drawcard. Will definitely return here.

Staff were friendly and polite. The management was also very approachable and made me feel welcome. The sports bar had plenty of sports games to watch, and they served both thai and Western dishes which i enjoyed very much. The room was excellent and great value. No doubt i will be back next time. This place was great. Located in the popping new LK Metro area this hotel has great service and and such a friendly staff. Big air con units, refrigerator and big bed. Downstairs is a very active sports bar where the prices are very good and the food served excellent. Lots of smiles nearby and the rooms are big and spacious. I was very happy with my 2 week stay.

I-rovers is a solid and affordable choice if you are staying in the LK METRO area of Pattaya, Thailand. The staff are super friendly and easy to communicate with. The vast majority of the staff speak good English, and the hotel is guest friendly.

Always a good stay here. Great location in the center of LK METRO. Get a room on the backside and the noise of late-night Pattaya will not be a problem.

Thank you for your review and the opportunity to advise we will undertake a full renovation of our bathrooms after high season concludes (April). However, the issue regarding water supply remains as we are required to truck in water every Dec - Jan period as the water supply from government is insufficient to meet demand.

24 hour availability
The hotel has a 24 hour bar. Food is available nearly 24 hours too. Being a sports bar it has a variety of sports on multiple screens in an air conditioned environment. It also has an outside area for those who prefer the warmer weather. Staff are fantastic - nothing was too much trouble for them. My room was on the first floor and to the rear of the building. I was both surprised and happy with the very minimal noise. On the rare occasion I heard people downstairs it was because the bar was packed and people cheering on their team. I stayed for about 16 days and was very impressed.

In the heart of LK Metro
Great value . Stayed there many times . Nice air con sports bar with good food . Can't beat the breakfast . The guys who run the place - Darrin and co. are very helpful. For the money you pay you won't do any better.

Very quiet room even though in Soi LK Metro a busy Soi with many bars and ago agos. The Hotel is mainly a bar with inside and outside with sitting areas serving food and drinks at reasonable prices. Very near 2 baht baht routes so most convenient. Many restaurants nearby. Good value for money.

Basic room in perfect location
Stayed here for 2 days purely to sample being in the heart of LK Metro. Room was fairly priced basic with balcony overlooking the action wifi was weak no hot water in shower. Didn't sleep for duration of stay due to noise of partyimg until early hours. But this wasn't a problem as i understand people who stay here are drunk most of the time. The sports bar downstairs is top notch with plenty of screens with a decent food menu especially breakfast. Good place to stay for the die hard party animal get drunk crash out repeat.

Good place for a solo guy or a group of guys. I had a nice spacey and stylish room. No complaints whatsoever. Directly in a nightlife neighborhood. Actually you will be staying on top of a sports bar. Might be a bit loud to sleep for some. I am not sure because I was out until way late. ;) Good location for getting around Pattaya as well. Food can be found easily too. The sports bar downstairs actually has a famous English breakfast. I need to try it next time.

Fantastic Guesthouse in Central Pattaya
Had a wonderful stay in a/c room. The room was always cleaned and all staff were always friendly and professional. Its a sports bar showing all sports open 24/7. The food is fantastic and for just 129 BHT you get the best English breakfast in Pattaya. Only stayed there 3 days as went to Hua Hin for 1 week , when I came back to I-Rover full so dissappointed that I could not stay there again. Easy access to to to Walking street as you can get Baht bus to Walking Street at top of road , Soi Buakhao and at bottom of road , Second Road , Baht Bus From soi 8 down to Soi 1 .
