I think it is the most well-rounded Hotel I've stayed at in thailand. The only reason I probably won't be coming back anytime soon, is because I don't plan on going to pattaya. Other than that. I can't say enough good stuff about the place. They've gone above and beyond several times for me.

Mostly i love the staff. But everything is excellent. It is my hotel every time i go to pattaya. The staff are beyond accommodating. Stay here and thank me later!

Great hotel but read the review.
16 night stay. Great location right off 2nd road down a small alley way. Close to two laundry ladies. Room is adequately sized and daily housekeeping is offered with two bottles of water. Shower is powerful and always had hot water. Bed was firm which I didn’t mind but the linens were very smooth which I really enjoyed. Had an issue with my safe and A/C which were sorted immediately. One night I was greeted with a roach in the bathroom. No idea where it came from. Maybe the drainage hole under the sink which I subsequently covered. Never saw one after as the hotel is spotless. My only issue is I wish the front desk staff could be friendlier. I am a seasoned Thai traveler and I know what the typical Thai hospitality and service is like. Maybe they are young and don’t care but there was an older lady as well who wasn’t very friendly. This should be improved especially for first timers who would want to experience Thai hospitality at its finest. I know it’s high season and demand is not an issue. For me I will stay again bc of the amenities, pricing and location. I will still give the hotel 5 stars as your can’t go wrong.

Liked the location and cleanliness of property. Liked the pool. What we didn’t like was the staff was not friendly and welcoming. Did not make an attempt to greet us when entering or leaving hotel. The final experience which was unbelievable, we had broken a glass in the room by accident. Value of glass was maybe 10baht. Upon checking out was asked to pay 100 baht for the glass. I complained that it was an accident and we had just paid 5000 baht for 5 nights there. The staff then proceeded to pull out a wooden stick about 5 feet high and threatened me with the stick if we wouldn’t pay. I was totally blown away. We paid the 100 baht but I am still shaken by the experience of being threatened with a large, heavy stick. I am 71 years old, travelled a lot and stayed at many hotels. This was one of the weirdest hotel experiences I ever had. Needless to say I won’t be returning to April Suites again. Nor can I recommend and give a good review.

My favourite place in the world is Pattaya and this hotel is my favourite place to stay! Fell in love with this area! I didn't know soi 6 was only 500 Meters down the road too which was an incredible bonus! Thank you April suites for being such wonderful people ❤️

Usually stay at March Hotel. This is cheaper and you have access to both April Suites and August Hotel. Gym for example is much better at August. Overall excellent value in a great location. I will be back!
