Hyatt hotel room, balcony, outdoor swimming pool & hot tub, firepit, walk to hiking & biking trails

Just steps from skiing and dining, hiking, mountain biking, restaurants, and more, enjoy modern luxury within our Double Queen at the upscale Hyatt Centric.

The property offers a year-round outdoor heated swimming pool, hot tub, relaxing lobby areas, sauna, game room, and a modern fitness facility. On-site the Escala Provisions Company (EPC) Restaurant & Bar is available for your dining enjoyment.

During summer you will step out the door to enjoy mountain biking, hiking, and other alpine adventures. Winter ski valet will provide your skis/board, strap such immediately upon exiting the door (true ski in ski out property), and hit Park City's 7300 acres of terrain.

Located within Park City's Canyons Village a short walk takes you to restaurants, shops, golf (scenic Canyons Golf course), the Red Pine Gondola (skiing/boarding during winter, scenic gondola rides, hiking, and lift-served mountain biking during summer), festivities/events/concerts, ski shop/ski rental and apres ski in winter, and more.

Boasting these amazing amenities and location, it is no surprise that the property has won Conde Nast's Reader's Choice award, putting such among the top 30 resorts in the US West, and been recognized by Forbes as one of "The 30 Best Ski-In And Ski-Out Resorts In The World For 2022".

Our luxurious 380 square foot double queen room (as pictured, unlike booking through the property with a random unit assignment, the specific residence pictured is the one you will enjoy) will be your convenient year-round base camp for both alpine activity and leisurely living.

The room sleeps up to four with two queen beds. Enjoy the gas fireplace, conduct business at the laptop-friendly desk, and take in the fresh mountain air from your private balcony. From morning coffee to a glass of wine, to snacks you are covered with a kitchenette including a sink, small fridge, and microwave.

Our guests enjoy the same privileges as all Hyatt guests with services covered by the mandatory resort fee (see below, applicable to both our guests and those who book through Hyatt) including valet and self-parking, movie DVD rental, local and national newspapers, incoming/outgoing faxes, premium wireless internet, lobby hydration stations, seasonal shuttle in Canyons Village and ski valet. Please note that this condo is managed by a 3rd party rental management company thus front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance are not provided by Hyatt; instead these services will be provided by Canyons Village Rentals.

Beyond the property and home you will also enjoy little luxury touches that are the hallmark of your host, Luxury Mountain Destinations / Canyons Village Rentals, including L'Occitane amenities, real down comforters (please let us know should you have allergies and we will substitute down alternative), high thread count luxury linens, robes and more.

Great location -- Unit not worth the $$
Fantastic location. Resort shuttle made it easy to get to the lifts. workout area/pool/hot tub are located close to the unit and are awesome. Parking was underground and easy to find. The unit itself was "meh". Certainly not worth the price IMHO. The unit has 2 queen beds. One bed was more comfortable than the other, but neither allowed us a good night's sleep. The TV is small and mounted to the wall, but it doesn't tilt or swivel so you can't really see it from the marginally more comfortable of the two beds. The bathroom door sticks so you really have to shove it to close it and yank it to open it. Only two buttons on the microwave worked - 1 minute and clear/off (if you warmed something up, you hit 1 minute and every time you checked on it, you had to hit clear/off, then start at 1 minute again -- you couldn't set anything to a specific time because even the "start" button did not work). There was an ironing board, but no iron. A coffee maker, but not even a single serve/sample of coffee or tea. At least one drawer in the only dresser had no rails so it would fall out if you opened it. The lighting in the living space was "adequate" (No overhead lighting in the living area and the two bedside lamps --one lamp for each bed did not illuminate the space well at all - in fact, you had to pull the lamp all the way to the edge of the bedside table and scooch to the edge of the bed to read a book at night). Disclaimer--we did not contact the host about any of the issues because the issues were more annoying than anything and we preferred to spend our time outdoors rather than dealing with the intrusion of maintenance staff.
