2日目清掃をお願いしても　対応遅く、4回もの催促電話で　やっとタオルとベッドメイキングしてもらえた。値段の割に 大したホテルではない。エッフェル塔が部屋から見えるだけ

スムーズではなかった
１年のスタートの元旦に利用。１５時よりチェックインできるはずが、部屋の準備が完了しておらず、入室は１８時過ぎ。その後の計画が台無しになりました。 また、支払い済みなのにあとから二重請求。立地など基本的には素晴らしいが、残念な気持ちになりました。

2/27より3泊利用しました。スタッフの方々の対応がとても温かく素晴らしいです。このホテルに泊まりたかった理由はバルコニーから見えるエッフェル塔です。高層階ではなかったですが、十分にエッフェル塔を見ることができました。また泊まりたいホテルです。

エッフェル塔ビューのお部屋に宿泊しました。それはもう眺めもよく日没後毎時0分から5分間だけのシャンパンフラッシュは本当に綺麗でした。ホテルの外観は古いマンションの様な感じでした。部屋もベッドも狭いです。

Excellent property, service and espectacular location in the center of Paris. Balcony with close Tour Eiffel view was magical. Room snd bathroom size was adequate. Detailed comfort extras were available in the room. Hotel restaurant pricy but offers a good selection at breakfast, lunch and dinning. Storage for luggage is available.

Some of the managers were very rude, uncompromising, and had bad manners towards me. We stayed in a room for 30,000 baht per night, but meeting the manager made us feel really bad. Check-in night is April 8, 2024. The receptionist is very nice. But the manager is terrible.

Loved my stay at the Pullman! We were so close to the Eiffel Tower and had a room with a balcony which was great! The rooms are a little small, but that is to be expected in Paris. Everything was clean, bathroom was spacious and shower was nice. The location seemed very central and there are two metro options closeby, plus some really nice restaurants only a few minutes down the road.

Pullman was a great hotel close to the Eiffel Tower. If you splurge for the rooms with the view, it’s really unbeatable! We asked for early check in weeks in advance but in general, it seems that most European countries don’t have rooms ready for early check in unless you pay a fee. They’re willing to hold your luggage so that’s an added bonus. We paid for breakfast that had standard eggs, fruits, granola, yogurt, and fresh fruit and juices. One day, we asked to have it delivered to the room, which cost a few per person and actually to order eggs as well cost extra per person even though they’re available downstairs in the buffet with the regular breakfast package. Staff was kind and the property was clean! Super convenient to the Eiffel Tower and a few restaurants are nearby as well (which are actually pretty subpar given the location) but open late nonetheless. Turndown service happened every day. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay for our first time in Paris!

We only stayed here one night but how could you not love this hotel for its location and views of the Eiffel Tower! Well appointed room, lovely staff at reception, nice hotel bar at bottom, would recommend.

The view of the Eiffel Tower was nice, but otherwise this property is extremely overpriced. I would highly recommend the boutique hotel experience and just seeing the tower sparkle from somewhere else in the city.

Most comfortable bed and pillows in the world. Then there’s the view of the Eiffel Tower from the private balcony. The included breakfast was beyond amazing. Love this place!

Great property but I wish we had air conditioning. They turn off the A/C during what they call their “winter mode”. We were hot and had to leave our balcony door open every night to get air. That was the only bad part about the property.

I picked this hotel because of the location, which was pretty convenient and close to the Eiffel Tower. They have restaurants around it and nice staff working there. Other than that, there is nothing good about this hotel. First of all, for this price, you would expect a lot more. I stayed there for 4 days and I hated it. They have the most uncomfortable, hard, stiff, bulky pillows that a place can have. The bed was extremely uncomfortable 😫. I slept terribly and got a sore neck after that trip. The fridge was supposed to be filled with four complimentary drinks, but every day one or two of those were missing. One day, I didn't get any drinks/water at all. On the last day, I went to get coffee, and on the way back, the door wouldn't open. I had to go down the elevator three times until they finally came up and fixed the lock for us. The elevator is packed for the most part, so going up or down will take you a long time to wait for it, and then you have to stop at every level. It seemed like out of the four elevators, only one was working. Other than the view of the Eiffel Tower, there was nothing that made me happy in this hotel!

Perfect location!! Had a wonderful stay at Pullman Eiffel Tower. Location is a few minutes walk from Bir Hakim metro and the Eiffel tower. I booked a partial view room, it was a room with a view of Eiffel Tower. We didn’t have to go out to see the light show at night, we were able to see it from our room. Would definitely visit again and recommend booking.
