This place is awful to live. The rooms are poor. There are no basic amenities - No drinking water, No A/c or a fan or a vent in the bathroom. They do not offer cleaning or change towels or sheets even we stay for 3 nights. The front desk people are least bothered and would want to you take vacate if we don't like and they would still charge you the full amount.

As good as you can expect for a budget hotel! I am in and out of Paris all the time and just need a clean place to sleep and shower and this is it. The room was a decent size. Wasn’t really expecting much so was happy with what I got. One very good thing is the room is so well lit. Plenty of lights everywhere. Window opens wide to allow airflow and there is also a small electric heater which keeps the room nice and warm if needed. Was very pleasantly surprised.

Although it is a bit far from the center of Paris, it is a great business hotel that is quiet and reasonably priced.

You get what you pay for. The room was small and 25 mins from the city… convenient. Sheets were clean…but parking was very difficult. They have on site parking but a lot of vans park there and it’s impossible to find a spot.

The room was very hot, when i asked the receptionist he said that its a centralized cooling system and he can not do anything. We had to open the windows to get some fresh and cool air.terrible experience

Very basic - wouldn’t recommend
Very basic room- I found room comfortable but others in the family didn’t - no kettle or anything in the room which was a let down. Hotel is 5 min walk to train station but it’s still quite a way to Paris centre and we got stung one night as the trains were off and had to get an Uber which was a fortune! We didn’t have breakfast so can’t rate it but it’s not in a separate room it’s literally in the foyer of reception. Extra towels are only available between 5-8pm which we were never there at that time and maids don’t clean rooms since covid - which again we didn’t understand. There is also apparently no baggage store for your last day- check out is 10 not 12 so we had to head to the airport 6 hours early as we didn’t want to cart cases with children around Paris on the trains.

Very bad for a ibis
The main entrance is very dirty, toilet near reception doesn’t even close the door, in the room you have 2 towels and they are small, the guy that work on the reception is very rude, my daughter was walking around our table and he came to us to stop her... she’s 18 months and she was only around our table... the lady on the reception was the only good thing on this hotel... was my first and last time in there

Paris in a Rush
It is a cheap hotel, far away from the city center, really difficult to take public transportation to go from/to the airport if it is too early or too late. The place is very noisy and the beds are super uncomfortable. If you are going to stay only a couple of nights and look to save some money, it is still a good option.

Hotel was very dirty. I had to clean all the walls, bathroom and doors because they were dirty with sports and dirt on them one of the door there was spot of blood. Hotel is definitely not for family with kids. It was very nosy and I felt like on our floor there was some kind of party going on I did not feel safe at all. I didn’t even want the staff to clean our room because I didn’t want them to touch anything after I cleaned. I found the staff and asked for clean towels I was very surprise seeing staff not dressed appropriate and one of the guys were actually wearing dirty pants. there’s no one in the front desk to ask if you have any questions. I do not recommend this hotel it is better to find different hotel.

Property was clean and breakfast is an option for an additional cost. It was far from the train or main attractions/tourist needs such as food. Google described the place to have air conditioning, indoor pool, and laundry service, non of which was available. Check in isn't 24 hours and so late check ins are left to figure it on with a machine and unclear directions.

Beware of this Place!
terrible place! 1. very far from Paris City centre not as advertised 2. floors are very very sticky, 3. no air-conditions 4. no direct connection to the Metro trains. If you missed the bus from Gabriel Peri Meteo station at night, you will have to walk for 20 mins. Not good especially if with kids! 5. Shower holder is broken, have to hold shower hose while showering. 6. Cleaning staff are very snub and u friendly and won’t say Hi or greet you at all. 7. This is a great place to stay if you are stuck in that particular place and wants a cheap place to sleep on that day but not a place to stay for holiday-makers or business travelers otherwise you will regret it. 8. Place around the hotel is not a great area. Nothing special and nowhere to go around the area. 9. The receptionist was nice and friendly and gives a smile. That’s the only nice thing in that place. 10. Avoid!

Hotel was okay, standard Ibis. Clean etc. However the area is not ideal at all. Transport is available however you have to walk about 15 minutes to one station and the other is a bus ride away but if you miss the bus/ travel in the nights the area is very scary. There are lots of males on the streets and damaged cars etc. It was scary when walking through the locals area and I did not feel safe at all. Would not recommend staying in this area, definitely pay more and stay in the center. Your trip will be a lot easier and less worry.

Decent budget hotel.
The lady working at reception was really helpful. She was doing the breakfast buffet plus reception. She gave us the access code to our room and explained how to get in at night. Rooms were well kempt. The pillows needed more oomph because they were already flat but with the price, I can’t complain. Transportation is easy as there is a bus stop 2 mins away from the hotel.

Not much to say, it’s very much a budget hotel and somewhere to rest your head on a cheap stay to Paris. Check in was straightforward and the receptionist was helpful with details for getting into the city. The room was clean but with a family there is no privacy (toilet it what would normally be a wardrobe and a shower where the only thing protecting your modesty is some opaque glass). There seemed to be air con but it didn’t do anything so room gets overheated and we slept with the window open which was quite noisy. It’s a 15 minute walk to the Metro and another 15 minutes on the Metro to the city centre (€5.80 return). Hotel is in a slightly run down area but I didn’t feel unsafe walking it with the family at night.

The hotel is cheap and good for one person not more than one alone person. Far away from the Center of Paris Toalett and bathroom are not in good desig so you will suffer if you live there a few Days. Specially if you are from a Culture who use water to Clean your self after taolett visitation!? The breakfast is very poor and not Worth either. the rooms are very small so you may damage your self by the wall or the sings. Good for Budget holiday stay
The location was great as its only 10 mins walk from railway station and just two minutes walk from bus stop. Both can be used to get to Paris with great convenience which is about 30 minutes. Another good thing about the location was its about 5- 10 minutes walk from local restaurants. Breakfast was worth the money, no cooked breakfast available. Staffs were very helpful. Rooms were very warm and it wasn't very safe to open the windows wide as there are not a great amount of safety features for kids. The beds were comfortable but a bit dusty too.
