It was my worst experience arriving a Hotel, no staff on ground to help with my luggages or usher me to my room. I was just given the card to my room find your way with my heavy luggages . I paid for 5 nights but have to move out the next day to another comfortable and safe hotel. Hardly communicated with anyone cos of language barriers . No Security,no restaurants or reception for relaxations . Towels brown no soap so unkept. Left the hotel with anger . 🇳🇬

Honestly it’s very old property I found it a bit noisy especially early morning cos it’s located near industrial area so many truck was parked around there all builder stay in this hotel rooms are tiny Not very clean I wouldn’t recommend for families so it’s not that good

Good for the price
Compared to paris hotel prices this is a cheap one and you will get what you pay for. The room is basic and the bathroom is not comfort yet its acceptable since the price is low in the area. Wifi is very bad so i used my 4g mobile net. I loved that they have iron machine ready at your disposal just ask for it and for free. The breakfast is ok but if you wake up late after 9;30 be sure you will be missing most of the items because they refill very slow or they don’t. There is a bus station that can make you reach all paris but be careful after 10 pm this service stops then you will have to take a cab.

Hi, on the first day we went the toilet flush was not working we gave them the key at 11am on Friday and we returned at the hotel at 1am at night and they still did not fix it, and the reception did not know what had happened so I had to explain multiple times. The hotel Wi-Fi was absolutely rubbish it keeps disconnecting ever time and there were small bugs all around the room…..

The staff were really great and helpful! It was only my responsibility that the property was a bus ride away from the Paris city limit. The room could've been cleaner (dust bunnies under the bed, icky window sill, and some crud above the headboard) and could've used some updates (replace caulk, etc). I'd stay here again though for a trip to France and/or Paris.

As my first time solo traveling and alone as a women to Paris France I thought it was a good place to stay. I got there I was confused about the gate opening and closing up front but other than that the gentlemen up front was nice and knew English so I was happy about that. But I felt safe inside and it was clean. I trusted everyone that worked there.

This was absolutely the worse hôte I’ve been to in my life it’s was very dirty also it seems that they were under construction I was there for a few hr and couldn’t wait to get out of there the bed had a plastic cover the AC was non existent the towel provided looked and feel like a rag to clean your car This should not be on Expedia site at all I’ve never had Such a bad experience

NEVER EVER stay here! I want to make a strong complaint about this hotel and want a full refund. We had x2 rooms booked. I am 6 months pregnant and twice the hotel manager walked into my room (without knocking) to tell me my room was cancelled and to leave after already staying one night I tk our 2 night stay. At 8.30am on the morning of our second night he entered my room twice unannounced and said my room was cancelled and to leave. I want someone from hotels.com to contact me urgently also to discuss and arrange a full refund. Area is AWFUL totally unsafe, staff awful!

The room does not look like the picture. Everything is run down, old, and dirty. The staff was very friendly and the location was great for a short trip to Paris.

Convenient but damp
I needed a bed before catching an early morning flight. Conveniently located right on the A1 to CDG, yet quiet enough to sleep. It worked out for what I needed but It’s a run down, kinda dirty and damp hotel... bfast included, that’s a plus.

It was my last night of my vacation hoping to get a good night sleep before awaking early to go to Charles de Gaulle airport. Upon my arrival, I was told that I had a reservation but did not yet pay. The hotel clerk didn't speak English. I can speak French and showed him my Expedia receipt showing the money was collected and I pulled up my credit card statement on my phone to show that the monies were collected on April 16th and my reservation was for September 8th. They insisted I pay a second time if I wanted to stay. I had to make an international call to Expedia to try to resolve this. After several emails I was told Expedia couldn't resolve it with the hotel management and I should contest the charge with my credit card company. Too much hassle to stay at a dishonest establishment!!!!

Basic hotel but shower was hot. Not many facilities but there was a restaurant on the industrial estate not too far away. Breakfast in the morning had a good selection including fresh fruit salad.

We had hard time to find the hotel. It's not visible from the highway when you drive from north. Otherwise it's totally ok for the money. Room was clean. Towels are very thin but clean. There is a coffee machine (paid) and the microwave (free) in the hall.

40 mins by bus from CDG
DON'T STAY HERE. Booked this hotel by accident as I was looking to book at the Ibis at CDG. Tried to cancel but the button on the motif site kept redirecting me even 30 hours before my check in. Hotel is a grey block by a freeway and in an industrial estate (a 40 minute bus ride from CDG). There is nowhere nearby to eat or get food the machines in the lobby were out of everything but fanta, coke, chocolate and some kind of microwavable fish meal. Room smelt stale and the sheets were stained and dirty. Bathroom smelt and the shower is installed incorrectly and so sprays water out of the stall. I slept on a towel and left first thing. The lady on the desk as I left was pleasant and I hope she finds employment at a better establishment This hotel should be shut down, Could not be called a half star.

It was the wors experience of my life ! Dirty, receptionist trying to charge us more, bathroom not working and destroyed, we had 2 rooms with 3 bads and we get with 2 bads, noisy, bad smelling ,eah.

Everything it was at the lowest possible level. -1000 to this hotel -incredible smell, bathroom destroyed, dirty, everything was unbelivable low quality and not at all decent quality. Staff wants to charge me more for the rooms I've booked. I didn't received the rooms I've booked. Beah !

Excellent price, easy access into Paris.
Great price and comfortable hotel. The staff were fantastic and very helpful! Breakfast was average. The hotel is in the middle of an industrial estate so make sure you are prepared with money and snacks. On the plus side there is a bus stop right outside the hotel that will take you into Paris (and stops outsidw the metro) for just 2 euros.

What to say first? 1-smell a cigarette every where, every single room and corridors. 2- the floor on the room was burned. 3- really poor clean, as the floor was always dirty. 4- really bad towels, sheets and bed. 5- mold. They changed me and my husband of room 2 times, on the first because I complained about the mold in the room and the smell of rust. 2nd because on the night loads of ants started to appear on the room floor (It was the 3th floor of hotel), as well they changed my room and my stuff when I wasn't there. Terrible conditions, very old, even the towels smell rusty. Poor quality bed, was really difficult to fall asleep. The only good part was the staff, very polite and helpful. Obviously the hotel have a bad management, as it was full of people and all looked unhappy with conditions. The photos they show, probably are from the inauguration of the hotel.

Gated complex, clean rooms and amenities to borrow (hair dryers, converters, etc.) We stayed in 3 hotels in France and this was the only one with a standard size bathroom which was a treat. Slight musty odor in the room, we propped the window open and managed but it did linger. Other than that, no complaints.

I usually don't require much to function.....I've stayed at many low budgets but this was unlike the rest. I came into the room from the airport, like any person, I rushed to the bathroom and found that there was no toilet paper. Had to go down and ask for some. Night time comes and I go to turn on my lights......no lights....NONE AT ALL. None of the bulbs worked. So I didn't even bother going down to let them know. I was in room 309 and spent the night in the dark. Pay extra and stay elsewhere, NOT HERE!

The staff were very pleasant. The room and bathroom were very small. The towels were more the size of washcloths. The room was very warm and the air conditioning was broken. We kept the window open, but there was no screen, and, as the Ibis is located in an industrial area, there was noisy truck traffic all night. Twice through the night, someone stood below our window smoking, with the smoke wafting into our room. The electronic room keys provided to us were unnecessary as the door latch would not lock allowing us (and everyone else) to enter and exit our room without a key. Subsequently, we had to pile our luggage against the door, for security through the night. The Internet was slow, when it was working (intermittently).
