朝食が高い

朝食をつけると3人で6万越え円は宿泊料が高すぎる。受付の女性は感じはいいが早口すぎてこちらに説明するというより。自分に酔っている話し方だったのが残念。

シャンゼリゼ通りからすぐのところにあり，また，地下鉄の駅もそばにあり，アクセスはとても便利でした。部屋もきれいで，快適に過ごすことができました。

ホテルからエッフェル塔が小さく、部屋のランク別で写真がほしい。部屋は、キレイで広さも大きくとても良かった。ドライヤーが使えなかった。

セ・クール！

何よりもフレンドリーで的確なアドバイスを提供するスタッフの笑顔が最高！高いセキュリティー、深い浴槽、可動のシャワー、ツインベッド、バスルームと別室のトイレットは息子と旅をすることの多い母親にとっては必要不可欠。全て満たすホテルです。凱旋門近くにありながら、シャンゼリゼの喧騒が嘘のようにゆっくりと休むことのできる静寂は小さなホテルだからこそ。LOSやNYCのACEホテルのカジュアルさに気品を添えた感じの素晴らしいホテル。ただひとつ、レインフォールシャワーを使用すると床がびしょ濡れに・・・母はせっせと床掃除。

齟齬

hotele.comと予約時に示された契約内容と異なり、強く抗議してから元の内容に変更できました。hotele.comとホテル側との齟齬が海外では、大変不安とイライラを募らせます。

綺麗で便のいいホテル

スタッフはとても親切な方が多かったです。駅にも近く、シャンゼリゼ通りまで出れば直ぐに駅はあります。メゾネットの部屋は珍しいのではないでしょうか。改装後でしたので建物はとても綺麗でした。改装前の階段の天井の装飾は残しているところに古い物も大切にする文化が垣間見れます。一点気になったところは、たまたまその部屋だけだったのかもしれませんが、シャワールームを開けた時の匂いが気になりました。下水の匂いさえなんとかなれば最高だと思います。朝食のクロワッサンもとても美味しかったですし、フルーツ、特にピンクグレープフルーツが美味しく、他にも洋梨も美味しかったです。またパリへ行く時には泊まりたいと思っています！

ほぼ１００点だけど、値段からするともっと要求が高くなるので、９０点かな。

場所はシャンゼリゼ通りからすぐ。セーヌ川にも歩いてすぐ。地下鉄駅もすぐ。景色は期待できないけど、パリのなかのビルの条件からすれば仕方ないでしょう。スタッフは、英語もＯＫ。不親切でもないし、要求にはすべて答えてくれますが、どうしても私レベルの人間からすると、この値段だともっともっとおもてなしに期待してしまうのでこんなところか。特にマイナスはないし、お部屋もメゾネットの超カッコイイ部屋でした。この値段出せばそんなものかな。なんだろ、強いて言うなら、ホテルに戻って来たら、従業員が笑顔でお帰りなさいませ、みたいな感じを醸し出すとか。あるいは、フロントが小さく、ハイテクな無駄をそぎ落としたシンプルなデスクなので、それがサービス感が不十分に感じるのか？そんな贅沢な要求がマイナスなところかな。

素晴らしいサービスと優れた立地

結婚5周年旅行と伝えるとBARでシャンパンサービス。部屋にはクリスマスケーキ。デザイン系ホテルですが部屋はウッドを多用して落ち着きます。エレベーターは最新レトロ。朝食はシンプルながらジャムがアランミリア等こだわり。ホテル入口が看板も出ていないので分かりずらいが宿泊者以外が入ってこないので静かです。シャンゼリゼまで歩いて1分。今までパリのホテルには10軒程泊まってますが最高だった。今回はデラックスな広い部屋だったので次回は一番安い部屋に泊まって試してみたい。ホテル,comの料金がとてもお得だった。有難うございました。

Clean, cozy & nice location

プレミアダブルルームは小さめですが、余計な調度品もなくシンプル且つ清潔なお部屋で快適でした。大型ホテルのような設備は整っていないこじんまりしたホテルなので、ホテルでゆっくり過ごしたい人には物足りないかもしれませんが、シャンゼリゼまで徒歩1分程で行けるロケーションの良さを考えたらショッピング目当てのビジターにはうってつけだと思います。フロント係やドアマンも非常に気さくでフレンドリーでした。ただ1点、お洒落なガラス張りのエレベーターが、１基しかない上に遅くて不便でした。レイトチェックアウトにも快く応じてくれて、総合的にはとても良いホテルだと思います。

Beautiful, modern, clean rooms. Very well maintained and high end. There is a bar and a restaurant which were good. Staff were very polite and helpful. Plenty of bottled water provided. Shaving kit, toothbrush/toothpaste provided, which was great because we lost our luggage at the airport. Great location at Champs Elysee

This hotel is amazing. The staff are very kind and helpful. They are so accommodating. They were efficient when asking for guidance around downtown Paris and very cooperative for hotel services. They provided great recommendations and were very personable. This is an amazing hotel with an Eiffel Tower view from the balcony. I will definitely book again when in Paris.

Great location and great service. Room was small and could have had more amenities but the staff friendliness and service made up for it. We especially loved the night time door man who always took special care of us.

Wonderful Staff!

The staff was amazing! Faty, Natalia, and Joauhad made us feel so welcomed and they were so accommodating. We would stay here again because of them! The hotel also was beautiful and met our every need.

Highly recommend!! This was my second time staying here. All of the staff are absolutely amazing and they ensure that your stay is perfect! I’ve booked a third stay here for later in the year. Very safe area, walkable to everything and luxurious rooms!
