Short weekend in Paris
We were a family of 6, we took 3 rooms at the B square hotel as it was reasonably priced, and a short walking distance from the Montmartre district and Gallery Lafayette. the area is quite, the AC worked ( big Plus in our hotel selection ), several Metro station in a 200m walking distance. We enjoyed the local nearby restaurants ( could not see any tourist - which was a big plus ) and the food market on Saturday. We did not take the breakfast option ( there are bakeries and bistros for that at the same price ). The reception was talking English and very helpful.

Location was good, beds were comfortable and it was quiet. The front desk agent wasn’t the most welcoming ( no smiles, warm greeting etc…) The hallways are quite narrow and the cleaning staff leaves the bags for the changeover of room in the hallways… makes it hard to get through with bags and is quite odd. overall good stay.

For the price it was clean and close to the metro. Two stops from Printemps. Fifteen minute Uber to Eiffel Tower. Great cafes within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again.

The rooms and bathroom are small. There is an elevator, nice plus. Love the area, easy walking to Montmartre and Moulon Rouge.

The room is typical super small, but that’s what you’ll get in Paris at this price point. The staff was super friendly, and the location is fabulous. So many local (and delicious) restaurants on the block and the nearby Rue sea Dames.

Hotel was not in great shape, room was off the reception, with what turned out to be a locked door straight from reception. Room was noisy not only with hearing everything from reception but also from the street and noise from building next door. Room was rundown and didn't match photos. Bit grotty, tea/coffee was provided on first day but milk never was and person on reception in evening was rude when you asked for some, stating milk for breakfast only. Generally not worth the money

Small even by Paris standards. Staff couldn't program our room card so we had to ask for help getting into our room every night. Room was clean but very small and needed updating.

The place was not what I was expecting, it was very run down, old and just not worth your money but it is in a good location. I found this really cute restaurant and tattoo shop right down the street with really awesome people.

Light went three times as switched on the water kettle. Paint was coming off from bathroom walls. Staff was very helpful. There were some ants in room. Room are small. No microwave in the room. Very good location able to get Eiffel Tower in 25 minutes with Bus no 30. 24 hour reception staff available. storage and safe in room

Manage your expectations
The position of the hotel was good, close to the metro and with a bus station right in front of the entrance. There is no parking, so if you travel by car you'll have to search for a parking space. Reception was good enough to give us some hints. The room was small. The bed was small. The bathroom was in terrible condition. The mini fridge didn't work. It was overall clean, but the bathroom made it all look worse.

The gentleman in reception was very pleasant, welcoming and nothing was too much bother.The staff that I met were also very friendly. The hotel was clean, breakfast a good variety and my bedroom was very pleasant and the beds very comfortable

Good for the price, bathroom needs a fix!
The staff at this hotel were lovely, however, the safe in our room was not working, and anytime either of us took a shower the water leeked out from the door and covered the floor of the bathroom. The room was small but comfortable and the bed was super comfy, the only problem was with the bathroom. The receptionist was incredibly helpful in organising our transfer to the hotel as we only booked it a few hours before our flight. Hotel is in walking distance to Place de Clichy and the moulin rouge, nearest metro station is Rome and is only about a 3 minute walk from the hotel and you can get anywhere from there! Good for the price but the bathroom does need a remodel and some fixing!

Worth the price
I thought the hotel was really nice and a great value. I cannot speak for the breakfast since I did not have it, but overall I thought the hotel was worth the money. It is not too far from public transportation (Rome Station) and it is within a block of a grocery store and multiple restaurants. In addition, it is very close to the Moulin Rouge. My room was on the top floor so I could see just a tiny bit of the Eiffel Tower, but it was still cool to see. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The shampoo that was given smelled amazing. My only complaint which is a very big one is the wifi was on a 1 hour timer and that drove me crazy. That is seriously the only thing I have to complain about. Fix the annoying 1 hour timer and give people longer.

Nice Receptionist. but the room was small and over furnished. We ordered a travel cot which was very flimsy and had no matress so my baby ended up sleeping with us in the double bed. Shower wall kept on leaking so all the water would flow out to the sink. Ther only think good was the fact that the heaters were working brilliantly as it was too cold outside

The property was nicer than I expected. Bathroom and bedroom had plenty of room for a few days stay. The location is a 5 minute walk from metro stop Clichy or Villiers. Very convenient. Several Monoprix close by for morning coffee supplies and wine. We would absolutely stay here again! Staff wasn't chatty but I didn't need them to be. The neighborhood felt as safe as any big city neighborhood does.

Nothing spectacular, was clean enough for the price I paid but certainly would’ve expected to pay about 50% less for the same quality in a worse location. Room was uncomfortable and dusty, and service was nothing great. Thanks, but will not be returning.

This hotel was located close to trendy restaurants and shops, but was a good distance from some of the more tourist sights. We didn't mind as we like walking but it may be a bit far for some. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean, however the rooms are quite small and look like they have been renovated with a coat of paint and not as well done as it could have been. The rooms are decorated nicely and have everything you need, just in a very compact room. The mattress and bed were also quite small and the mattress was too soft, not offering much support. As we were rarely in the room, this hotel worked for us based on price for our short visit 2 day visit to Paris.

No AC at 32°C
Although the hotel could be rated 3/5, the small rooms are comfortable. Do NOT book this Hotel if if it’s above 25°C. You will cook all night long. The AC works for 5 min. then kicks out. We asked for a rebate....: Mr. de Flamand, mngr, suggested by email, we leave the hotel to find an other hotel...in such short notice and while we were having dinner. So compassionate!!! Some kind of rebate!!!! I repeat...: Do NOT book this hotel.

Cold spring but great heating
Room was small but nothing unusual about this in Paris. More importantly, the heating in the bedroom and bathroom was effective unlike several other French hotels I have stayed in of a similar category. It was early spring and the weather was very chilly. Location was convenient for metro station and nearby eateries.

Great for a Paris Getaway
Stayed here for 4 nights. Fantastic location close to Metro stops Rome and Place de Clichy. Minutes walk away from the heart of Montmartre. The room was a bit small but sufficient. Full amenities were provided and the room was clean. My highlight was the staff - extremely helpful in booking airport transfers (only 18 Euro to CDG) and other requests. Would thoroughly recommend and stay again in the future.

Weekend in Paris to watch the rugby
Went to Paris to watch the 6 nations rugby. This hotel was located in the heart of Paris very close to the Place de Clichy metro station on a direct line to Stade de France. Nice small hotel with bars and restaurants close by. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definately stay again.
