Amazing house!

We were able to check in early after driving all evening. This house is extremely comfortable for 8 of us. The pool was amazing! Sitting on the deck and watching the waves was so relaxing. We had wonderful time and will definitely be back! Thank you to management staff. They were very accommodating!

Perfect Family House

This place is incredible. They upgraded the pool and we couldn't get the kids out! The location, layout of the house, and the amazing deck all combine for a perfect family vacation. We will be sure to return next year for our third straight year! We never needed to contact the host. That is my definition of a perfect host. Everything was handled perfectly!

Family Fall Getaway

This home was perfect with plenty of room for the 8 adults in our party. Heated pool was great for this time of year! The large covered deck was amazing to watch the sunrise and sunset. With the beach only a few steps away this home and quiet neighborhood will be # 1on my list for our next vacation to PCB.

We enjoyed our stay. The proximity and access to the beach is one of the highlights. The house fit our family of 4 adults and 2 teenagers very well. We had a few hiccups, but Dave was very responsive. We will definitely consider another stay at a future date.

We usually stay every year at treasure island resort which is located very close . Found this home which was absolutely beautiful, great location and had absolutely everything you need! Dave green was such a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be planning to come back this fall. Wouldn't want to stay anywhere else.

Family vacation

We could not love this place more! We came to celebrate my son’s college graduation. Family came from all over the country. It was the perfect space for us to be together. The location was AMAZING!! The pool was wonderful! I could go on and on! Can’t wait to come back!

Great Location

Great home with a good view. To cold for us to enjoy pool but would nice when warmer. Enjoyed the rec room has plenty of smart TV's. The ice machine is a nice added bonus. I would recommend if you are looking for a nice 4 bedroom house not on the water.

Absolutely amazing

This property was amazing perfect location literally a few steps to the beach you can see the ocean and hear it from the balcony or while you are laying by the private pool the pool was perfect as well !! And the cleanliness of this home was above and beyond expected coming from a rental it was more like home.. we will definitely stay again and will refer all of our friends and family !! Short Walk to the Beach!

Amazing stay! We had a few issues that occurred during the stay but David was quick to respond and would repair the issue in no time while also respecting our space while being there. The location is very close to a public beach access and the house comes with a beach wagon so no need to carry your heavy chairs and canopies. The pool was a great addition to the stay as well. The kids loved it. We would definitely stay here again if we had the chance. David, thank you for the hospitality that you showed us!!

fall break 2021

The house is great, we enjoyed the layout and all it had to offer. The added bonus of the beach cart and supplies were very nice. it is steps away from the beach and close enough in a quite area where you can hear the waves. Only issues on our trip was the weather. but having a heated pool made it easier to deal with the windows of sunshine we had. We wish we were still there relaxing now. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Our quiet beach dream location!

We are so glad we snagged this home for our family vacation! The kids loved the pool and we love the convenience of not having to worry about uncleanliness. There was a ton of parking, which was nice because we have big trucks. Beach entry number 2 is literally 50 ft away with no public parking around the area. So basically you're only getting the people that either live there or are vacationing. This is across the street from the beach but it is a tiny road and you can see the water from the porch. We loved the game room and having an ice maker. We had a slight issue with the internet but I want to tell you that the owners went above and beyond to make it work while we were there. I had a lot of charts to complete and had three kiddos who also needed TV. We were very appreciative of their kindness. We will most definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, luxurious house

Very nice house - well stocked - great communication with property manager. My less than 5 star review relates to the location - while very close to the beach - there are no easily accessible areas to walk (no trails, etc. - only streets, some of which are very busy). The area is still recovering from previous hurricanes. Also - this house is very close to other homes, particularly one neighbor, and it's very easy to hear noises / people talking / partying, at night. That said, this is basically the nicest home around this area.
