A light and open 1960 Alexander home in Racquet Club Road Estates located five minutes from downtown Palm Springs. The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances. The salt-water pool is surrounded by lush grass for kids and adults alike. The covered patio and shade trees provide respite from the sun, while the outdoor BBQ and fridge keep you fed and refreshed all day long. Hello..you are wonderful..relax. That's the vibe here.

The master and second bedrooms feature king size beds, while the third bedroom has two full size beds. All three bedrooms offer high-quality pillows and linens, flat screen TV's, black-out shades, and closets.

PALM SPRINGS HAS NEW STRICT RULES REGARDING NOISE, NUMBER OF CARS ALLOWED AND MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY. THERE IS NO MUSIC ALLOWED OUTSIDE AT ANY TIME. 1 CAR ALLOWED PER BEDROOM AND MAX 2 PEOPLE PER BEDROOM. IF THERE IS A PARTY WE WILL KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT.

Weekend getaway
This property had everything we needed for our girls weekend getaway. 3 comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms that were nicely stocked with plenty of towels, pillows, bedding etc. It has a very retro vibe and there are so many fun picture opportunities! The host and his team were very responsive to our check in requests. Also, since we planned to eat in some of the time, we found the kitchen had everything we needed. It was less than 10 minutes to Downtown and we will definitely be back!

Amazing Holiday Home!
We were a family of 2 adults and 3 kids and we had the best time. The location is really nice as it is close to everything, especially downtown. The layout of the home was perfect and the best part was the covered deck just outside of the kitchen that was huge. We spent so much time outside eating at the table if 6 and on the comfortable couches that looked over the large pool. We had some questions and Paul, our host, answered back right away and was very helpful. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic Fun in the Sun
Everything was perfect. The house is absolutely fantastic. The decor, layout and pool exceeded our expectations. We visited lots of great places and used lots of Uber & Lyft to pop into town for shopping, dinner and drinks.

Palm Springs Vibe All the Way
The property was fabulous - accurate to the listing and actually bigger than I thought it would be! Really loved the mid-century decor and vibe throughout - very Palm Springs! It had everything we needed for our party of 6 (adults & teenagers). Some items are a little worn and could use a refresh, but it is a rental so I understand. Definitely a property to return to. Highly recommend.

Bright and fun oasis in the heat
My family had such a great time here! The outdoor space is incredible and we spent so much time in the pool. There were a ton of pool floats for us to use, too. The decor inside is so fun and welcoming, and everything was nicely labeled so we didn't have to guess which switches did what. Downtown Palm Springs is just a few minutes drive from the property. It was a super relaxing retreat and we wouldn't hesitate to come back :)

Fabulous Mid Century Gem
My friends and I had a wonderful time during our stay. It was clean, comfortable, charming and classy! We were able to easily make meals with all the kitchen amenities, the cabana was a perfect haven for the heat and the pool was fantastic. There were a ton of floaties and pool noodle to enjoy a relaxing time playing/laying in the pool. There were so many cute photo ops with the neon signs, gorgeous views and graphic art. The host was easy to communicate with and we even got a personal tour when we arrived. I had the most memorable 40th birthday because the stay was so enjoyable. Thank you and don’t hesitate to book your stay.

This is our 2nd year in a row my girlfriends and I stayed here for a week. We love this house. So comfortable and lots of room to relax. Only negative is the wind but thats not the VRBOs fault. We would recommend this place. All the information in the listing is accurate and working with Paul was great.

We Love Rancho Relaxo!
What an amazing property! We had a wonderful trip and the hosts made our stay incredibly welcoming. The backyard space is to beautiful and a great place to relax and enjoy the pool and hot tub. The bedrooms are spacious with ceiling fans and overhead lighting as well as bedside lighting. The beds were so comfortable. This is a great property and I highly recommend!

Wonderful stay, will definitely be back!
A group of us stayed 4 nights for a girls trip. The house was gorgeous! Well equipped for a group to stay a week. The pool, hot tub and outdoor space was so nice. The kitchen was fully stocked, the bedrooms very comfortable, and we felt so at home. The layout comfortably fits 6 people. We used the cruiser bicycles around the neighborhood. Downtown is a couple miles away, we walked it once but in the heat would recommend driving. Our host had great communication and almost all our questions were answered by the provided instruction book. We will for sure be back, it was paradise.

The best of Palm Springs
This is our second time staying in this wonderful property. The outdoor grounds are really the nicest of any place we’ve stayed. The pool, and the hot tub are spacious, and there is ample sun or shade, depending on the weather. The House comes with lots of inflatables to use in the pool, and an outdoor grill. Inside, the AV set up is great. The beds and linens are soft, clean and high quality, and the kitchen is extremely well-appointed. There are more towels than a family could ever use. Property manager was there to greet us at the house and show us around, which was a really nice touch. We will stay here again!

Outdoor Heaven!
This is our second stay at this house, and even though the weather wasn’t as perfect as our last trip, we still had a fantastic time! The heated pool and spa, as well as the fire pit made the chilly days just as fun as the warm days! The kids had no problem swimming in the nice warm pool, and we all enjoyed the spa as well. The views of the mountains are spectacular, and the covered patio adds lots of outdoor relaxation. We spent as much time outside as we could! Inside you have everything you need and the house is well appointed and comfortable.

Exceeded all expectations with Wonderful Palm Sorings vibe & decor.
Just retired, my husband & I vacationed with our 2 daughters & their husbands. We absolutely loved the property especially the outdoor living space. Bigger than pictures convey. House was well equipped, high quality bedding, mattresses, towels, pool floaties. Many of everything! Stress free rental. This has been one of our favourites of over 20 vrbos over 20 years. Paul a great host, and knows how to deliver “Palm Springs” in the pictures you take.

A Dream Stay
We thoroughly enjoyed this property and would choose to stay here again. The midcentury modern design was classic and lovely with fun twists everywhere you looked. The open living, dining and kitchen space allowed for comfortable socializing and a seamless connection to the gorgeous back yard. The pool was quite large and had a connected hot tub with the most powerful jets we've ever experienced. We wished we'd had kids or grandchildren to share it with! The yard felt very large even with the pool and had mature, green hedging, grass and citrus trees throughout, lending lush privacy. The house came with 4 bicycles that we used constantly. The location was very quiet but close to downtown, parks and endless restaurants. Our host and his team were very responsive and thoughtful when any issue arose and had great suggestions for unique Palm Springs experiences. A great find!

Overall, a good property. The location is a quick drive to downtown and a mile or so walk or bike ride to the nearest grocery store. The other houses in the neighborhood are a bit hit or miss, some seem well loved, while others looked a bit neglected. Inside, the kitchen and living area are spacious and well-suited for a family. The guest bathroom is a bit tight if it is being shared, as was our case. The back patio is really where it's at for this place, with a great dining and seating area. That said, there were aspects of the home that seemed a little worn (e.g., tiles in the spa falling off, a random hole in one of the guest bedroom walls) and some of the kitchen items were tired and in need of updating and upgrading (e.g., rusty cooking utensils, most of the plate and bowls were not microwave safe). I was disappointed with the check-in process as the person seemed rather unfamiliar with the property, especially as it related to heating the pool and spa. Another person was available to answer texts though, and the homeowner was responsive via VRBO. I've stayed in a number of Palm Springs homes via VRBO and other rental companies, and this ranks as average.
