Good Efficiency
Very nice studio setup (not a 1 bedroom). TV was nice. The lack of laundry is not a big deal as you're about 5 minutes away from a very nice laundry facility. If you're also very close (about 2 minutes) to an Albertsons (grocery) and Walmart. Water pressure was good. Climate control system was a key as I spent most of the day light hours in the unit before going to work in the evenings. While there are some kitchen things, do not expect to be able to cook complex meals. Thus, the grill was a life saver and the full size fridge enabled us to have a buy enough groceries for our stay.
