Great location near the salt works
A wonderful place to stay close to the salt works and the Salt Museum near Trapani! Great service and wonderful room with balconies. The breakfast alone is worth a stay here…fresh fruits, homemade marmalades and a huge cannoli!

The B&B is in a delightfully relaxed countryside surrounded by fruit trees and gardens. The owners serve wonderful homemade breakfasts with fruits from their own trees

Wonderful hospitality
Our whole experience at this B&B was first-class. On arrival we were warmly greeted by the family who made us feel very welcome and took the time to take us through the information needed to help us make the most of our stay. The house is in a delightful spot, surrounded by trees, fields and an orchard, and right alongside the salines that define this area. The accommodation is comfortable, clean and well-maintained. The whole atmosphere is quiet, peaceful and close to nature. When we stayed in September we could see and hear flamingos from our windows on the first floor! The breakfast deserves special mention: paninis with cheese and tomato, ricotta with jam or marmalade, fresh bread, fruit from the orchard all freshly home-made and really delicious. The hosts are expert cooks and the absolute highlight was the home made Sicilian-style cakes and pastries, different each day. We were truly touched by the effort they made and the pride they took in providing the best possible hospitality. Erice, Trapani and Marsala are all close by and well worth a visit. Highly recommended!

Super service og fantastisk morgenmad.
God service og venlig betjening, fantastisk morgenmad, som serveres ved bordet! Der gives endda mulighed for at pakke den del af morgenmaden, som man kan ikke kan spise til senere på dagen. Ingen kan spise den mængde mad, som vi fik serveret 😊. Spændende sted og autentisk oplevelse. God beliggenhed i forhold til lufthavnen i Trapani. Vi kommer gerne igen.

Struttura in posizione tranquilla e strategica, vicino alle saline di Trapani. Colazione abbondante con prodotti homemade super. Ottimo il tramonto alle Saline Culcasi lì vicino, possibilità di utilizzo biciclette.

Le calme au milieu de la nature
Une nuit dans un endroit calme au milieu des salines et flamants roses. Grande chambre vue sur mer, très propre. Très bon accueil de nos hôtes sympathiques et attentionnés. Délicieux petit déjeuner maison très très copieux. Endroit idéal pour visiter Taormina, Erice et les environs.

La situation en pleine salines est très agréable et les personnes qui nous ont accueilli adorables. Le petit déjeuner est excellent avec des pâtisseries maison et des fruit du jardin. Copieux et bon! On recommande.

현지식으로 나오는 조식이 매우 맛있었고 숙소는 청결하게 운영되고 있었지만 농가민박 특유의 촌스러움이 있었습니다. 강아지와 고양이가 맞이해줍니다^^

Au coeur des salines, Casolare havre de paix et de beauté. Nous avons occupé une chambre très spacieuse avec 1 lit double. Une petite terrasse était à notre disposition. Le petit déjeûner ne comprenait que des produits délicieux provenant de cette exploitation. L'accueil par la famille a été chaleureux et bienveillant. Nous recommandons cette halte et espérons y revenir prochainement.

Ihana B&B vähän sivummalla Trapanin hulinasta. Hienot näkymät Ericen suuntaan ja suola-altaille. Todella miellyttävä ja avulias isäntäperhe. Tilava ja valoisa huone, todella siisti, hyvä vuode. Nappivalinta jos liikut autolla. Aamiainen on täysin omassa luokassaan yhteenkään aamiaiseen ikinä. Sitä ei voi edes kuvailla, se täytyy kokea!

Ottimo B&B per una vacanza perfetta
Abbiamo soggiornato 7 notti in questo caratteristico casolare tipico siciliano, dove già al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti dal proprietario con estrema cordialità e simpatia....è gestito da una famiglia che vi abita proprio lì...la camera è super spaziosa, dove si dorme tranquillamente...colazione buonissima preparata dalla moglie e servita dalla figlia, totalmente con prodotti fatti in casa e molto abbondante..la posizione è ottima, in auto si raggiungono tutti i migliori angoli caratteristici della Sicilia....ci sono anche due o tre ristoranti nel giro di due chilometri, dove poter pranzare e cenare...complimenti veramente a questa famiglia

Eine unserer angenehmsten Unterkünfte!
Auf unserer langen Reise von Deutschland bis nach Sizilien war dies sicher eine der angenehmsten Unterkünfte. Das Zimmer war geräumig, komfortabel und ruhig. Die Gastgeber waren äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das ausgezeichnete Frühstück mit hausgemachten Produkten auf einer Terrasse inmitten des Wein-und Obstgartens.

Le recensioni già dicevano che avrei trovato la cordialità dei proprietari, soggiornare da loro è stato veramente un piacere. Persone splendide dove la passione per il proprio lavoro regna sovrana. Se siete alla ricerca di un alloggio silenzioso, lontano dal caos e comodo per poter raggiungere le località della Sicilia occidentale ... non abbiate dubbi. Un premio per la succulenta colazione casalinga preparata dalla proprietaria.

Posizione ottima che ti permette di spostarti da una costa all altra con estrema facilità! La cordialità e la simpatia dei gestori sempre pronti a darti suggerimenti e indicazioni sui luoghi da visitare e l ottima cucina di Maria che ti vizia tutte le mattine con dolci diversi fatti in casa l ottima frutta che Michele coglie dagli alberi del casolare e l indicazione di dove andare a cenare dalla bella Rossella ti fanno sentire in famiglia. Le camere sono molto pulite e in ottime condizione con cambio biancheria giornaliera. Splendido soggiorno che consiglio vivamente. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

As comfortable and authentic as it gets!
Lovely and authentic Bed & Breakfast in the middle of Trapani’s salt mines, in a quiet and relaxing area but only 10min away by car from Trapani's city center. The room was spacious, cozy, very clean, fully equipped (air conditioning, wifi, bathroom amenities) and nicely decorated. Maria, her husband and their daughter were very welcoming and helpful, they gave us a lot of useful information (local sightseeing, routes, beaches, restaurants etc.) and on one day even got up way earlier than usual to prepare us breakfast since we left very early in the morning for a daytrip. Breakfast by the way was really an experience in itself: freshly prepared, generous servings, lots of fresh and tasty fruits from the family’s own trees and home garden, and excellent homemade pastries prepared by Maria herself. We had an excellent stay at Casolare nelle Saline, I would absolutely return there and strongly recommend it!
