Located in the prestigious Princess Heights Resort, this modern and luxurious one bedroom suite offers all the comfort needed for the perfect vacation. The unit can be combined to make a two bedroom suite. Both suites have a private terrace with a stunning ocean view. Ideally located in the hillsides of Dawn Beach, it is within a short 10 minute walk to a gorgeous beach, casino, spa and world class restaurants.

The master suite (A) has a fully equipped top of the line kitchen, the studio suite (B) has a very capable kitchenette. Pricing for the studio suite available on demand.
There is complimentary wireless, an in-room safe and a direct dial phone. Fresh linens including beach and bath towels await your arrival! housekeeping is available upon request

Air conditioning marginal. Thermostat broken and not blowing cold enough. Microwave not working. Whirpool tub awkward as a shower. Refrigerator freezer defrosting wets all the food in the refrigerator. Tried to contact VRBO Host twice with no response. Nice bed and building facilities. Photos of property should be labeled as I was expecting a living area with my unit and got a 1 bedroom unit with no living area.

We had a really nice stay. The management staff is very friendly and accommodating. The property is difficult to find the first time, but once you know the location it’s not difficult. A great stay for an extended weekend on the island.

Our unit was gorgeous and Tom and Vannina couldn’t have been kinder. I could have spent the whole two weeks just watching the ships sail to and from St Barth’s and I almost did!! Magnificent views!!! Wonderful people!! Highly recommend!!!

Wonderful stay
The one-bedroom was very spacious and clean. The staff was welcoming. The view was amazing. The kitchen was well-equipped and two grills are on the property, so guests can choose between dining in or out. Oyster Pond is somewhat remote which adds to both the security of the area and its beauty.

We spent 12 days here and I must say it was perfect for us. We usually cook in and they had everything you would need for this. The close walk to Dawn beach was a definite plus. The king size bed had an excellent mattress!!

Comfortable, safe, high-end suite
This is an extremely nice property in a complex that seems largely spared by Hurricane Irma. Hunada, the property manager, was responsive and very nice to work with. At the complex, it's like a hotel with a full time staff if there is an issue. When a couple of things didn't work the staff was quickly there to remedy the problem. The unit itself is very well appointed with marble counters, a comfortable king bed, well supplied kitchen and large bathroom. With a gated entry the property seemed quite secure. The area was quiet but not far from the main centers of activity. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
