The cottage you stayed in has a hot water heater that works as the water is used which means it takes a little longer for hot water to arrive but once it does there is unlimited quantity. It’s very energy efficient and part of what makes us a Sustainable Tourism 2030 Gold Certified property.I’m sorry as well that your value expectations were not completely met. Please understand we have a variety of cottage layouts for parties of 2 to 12 with square footage that ranges from 565 to 1428 square feet. Rates based on the number of people reflect the additional utilities, water, cleaning and periodical renovations which are clearly higher with larger cottages.
