La Mirada condominium complex, built in 2009, has a distinct Mediterranean architectural style. La Mirada is on the southwest of the Lake (known as the "quiet" side of the lake). Downtown Osoyoos is just a four-minute drive from La Mirada, or a 15-minute stroll. La Mirada offers a plethora of amenities including:

May to October browse the Saturday morning Farmer's market. There’s a bounty of fruit and wine in this region! The mild Okanagan climate produces the earliest fruit in Canada, such as apples, pears, plums, sweet and sour cherries, peaches, apricots, nectarines, and grapes.
There are many hiking trails in the area as well as world-renowned mountain climbing area Skaha Bluffs. The attractive climate draws athletes and fosters popular tourist activities including summer water sports, golf, bike riding, horseback riding, triathlon training, and sight-seeing. Winter Sports are also popular; the International Curling Club facility is located in Osoyoos.
Just up the road, the town of Oliver hosts the Half Ironman; a 2km, two loop swim in the clean and protected waters of Tuc El Nuit Lake, an 89 Km scenic bike course takes you through the beautiful lower Okanagan Valley vineyards, and a two loop, 21 Km run through quiet residential and along the banks of the Okanagan River.
Golfers will enjoy the 36 Hole Osoyoos Golf & Country Club, Sonora Dunes (next to award-winning Nk'Mip Cellars), Kettle Valley Golf Club, Twin Lakes Golf, and St. Andrew by the Lake (9 holes) are within minutes and many more towards Penticton.

We offer self-check-in with an electronic keypad. Guests will receive a unique code prior to check-in. This code will expire at the end of your stay.
Ground floor entry into the condo, with a patio situated above ground. (Need more space? We manage a neighbouring condo (#307) right next door, thus can provide a great setup for large groups as well. Inquire for details!) In addition to the condo, guests will have access to the Fitness Room, Pool and Hot Tub, Beach area, Dock, and green space. The dock has no overnight moorage.
