Not luxurious but a clean and convenient hotel close to railway station with easy access to the city centre. A little noisy at night if your room is along the street but not a big issue. Beds very comfortable and lovely hot showers after a long day sightseeing. Bar and cafe area good for a drink, coffee or snack. Would recommend.

Excellent location for the train station and our room on the top floor had a large balcony. A kettle in the room would have been appreciated, but we knew from the other reviews that there was no ability to make coffee/tea or refrigerator in the room - however excellent price, location and cleanliness more than compensated.

Its location is amazing, that being said it falls short in all other categories. You only get one pillow, and if you want another one you have to pay which is a massive compromise to guest comfort, and really quite archaic. Breakfast is also not a hotel breakfast, its labelled as 'come to the bar and have a croissant', it would better just not offering a breakfast because in reality it doesnt. Rooms are quite hot, its very noisy the windows arent insulated well so I didnt sleep well at all because of this and the one pillow. The shower gel is awful thats provided its super cheap chemically rubbish, and the actual dispenser in my room was broken so I couldnt get it out. There are way better hotels for the same price range and location in Oslo, I wouldnt stay here again. Its tried to be hostel vibes but level up but it doesnt work, it feels like a hostel.

The lights in the room were not working. The lady staff in the evening shift was very nice. But the room were not clean at all. So much dust all over. We have allergies so it was worse. But staff lady in the evening was very nice.

Nice hotel. Only one way onto the bed so if there are two of you. You have to climb over the other person to get out of the bed . Tough in the middle of the night when you need to go to the bathroom.

I would totally NOT recommend this hotel. I was paying a hotel rate but hostel services. I had the deluxe room, however no closet, safe, and fridge. This hotel doesn’t offer daily housekeeping, and be aware the surcharges on additional towels, pillows, late check-out…..etc. In general, there are much better choices within the same proximity.

The place was cheap, reflecting the uncomfortable furniture and poor lighting. The bathroom was set up like an old folks home suitable for wheelchairs. If you wanted a place that was cheap for one night, it’s suitable.

Great homebase to explore Oslo for a few days. Close to the train station, easy public transport, and lots of attractions nearby. Enjoyed the lobby lounge and the staff manning the bar/checkin were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Fine for one night. Close to train station. Automated check-in and check-out meant I might’ve thought no one worked there if I hadn’t spotted a housekeeper in the hallway. (Rooms are cleaned every fourth day.) But the tech part was smooth, and if you’re catching an early train, this is convenient.

Convenient walk from Oslo train station. Very clean. Check in was fully automated, a bit strange. Kingsleyvat the bar-ception was very friendly and helpful

Nice Hotel next to Central Station. It’s close to everything in Oslo and served its purpose for a nights stay. Would stay again and is definitely worth the price which is a good value. Just don’t expect 4 star

Super convenient, great value and great service
Excellent location just a couple of minutes walk from the central train station (I was getting up very early for a flight from OSL airport). The hotel and the room are in excellent condition, and very good value for money. What surprised me the most was finding the small shop/bar that I think was open all night. Snacks, refreshments, wine/beer (I think the alcoholic drinks aren't quite 24 hours). Super convenient, and excellent friendly service (thanks you Mary!).
