The location was great. Walking distance to disneys springs. Check in was fast and staff were very friendly. I expected a bigger room. Bathroom was too small. The coffee machine inside the room was in a drawer. For a 4 star hotel, I expected a better room. The pool was big but was not really heated. My son loved it. So it was a plus.

We were traveling with a baby and requested a pack and play. The one that was provided to us had a mattress pad that was too small for the crib. We had to explain to hotel staff that it was an unsafe sleep setup for a baby, and insist on being given a new one, as when we initially tried to ask for the problem to be fixed, they just brought a blanket to be laid under the mattress pad, which is unsafe per infant sleep safety guidelines. Later in the week we had the do not disturb sign on the door, as the baby was being breastfed. Housekeeping staff entered the room without even knocking first.

This is one of my favorite places to stay in Orlando. The location is perfect for wherever you want to go! Plus, you can walk over to Disney Springs in minutes. The rooms are always clean, and they offer tons of great amenities. I’ll be back for sure.

We like to stay here for visits to Disney. It is just a short walk to Disney Springs that includes a pedestrian bridge so you dont have to cross the busy road. Staff is friendly and the place is clean.

The rooms had plenty of space. It was nice to be able to go and relax after a long day in the parks. The walk to the buses if you didn’t take the one at the hotel was about 13 mins, but not too bad.

Everything was perfect. When you walked through the main doors there is a fresh clean smell which I absolutely loved. Just didn’t understand the extra charge of $34.00 a day for Resort Fee??

The property is now a bit rough , leaks on the shower.. tainted bathtub. It use to be great 3 years ago I have been staying there every year the past 5 years as it’s close to Disney springs and convention center

Stayed only one night. Our check in was ok. But the front desk staff who checked us in was clearly not into providing the Disney level of service. We were there last month and it was the exact opposite. Typical Disney service. Top notch. Back again to Florida in a few months. Might not choose them again. I pay for service. Didn’t get what I paid for.

We were really happy with this hotel. Close to Disney springs and the pool area was really nice. When I booked I thought there was a little kitchenette but the room didn’t have one. I also thought the room had a walk in shower but it was a tub. Not bad just a bit more dated that I’d expected.

The resort was nice. We stayed in the main building, our room that looked out the lake was comfortable and it was clean. I think the hotel needs to improve in lighting inside the rooms. We had only 2 beside table lamps which didn’t provide enough light on the entire room. The restroom also needs better lighting as when u shower the shower room is kind of dark. Otherwise it was a good experience.

This hotel is very convenient to Disney Springs, a five minute walk. The rooms and common areas are clean and well decorated. The bathrooms however are small and not well lit. The shampoo and conditioner bottles are very small and difficult to squeeze. Be sure to bring your own.

room was dirty brought to the attention. Staff said they would change my room didn't do it then waive the parking fee of $22 really you waived $22 parking fee. Are you kidding me? Another other concessions the staff member seem completely offputting that he had to cop me anything and was very irritated with me when I asked for help with my luggage I did not receive any. I would never ever come here again.

Got the room for my daughter and a friend for her birthday. Called ahead to check on room security and get a room in the tower. Katherine was so helpful and nice! My daughter had a great time and loved the hotel and ease of valet and check in. Thank you!
