One of our rooms smelled like people had been smoking in it and both rooms had roaches in them. The A/C didn’t work the best

Look at your room first
The room was absolutely disgusting the beds weals brown with dirt. I asked to see the room first thank God it wasn’t ready

Room was clean. Breakfast was ok. Pool only open until 8pm was not good. Pool should open until 10 pm or so. Stairwells had cigarette butts all in them.

Very small rooms. Hot water does not last. Bathroom needs updated badly. Bathroom very small. Maid services took dirt towels but did not replace them. Opened the drawers and a roach came out at me. Alot of money spent but not worth the amount of money.

Good hotel
The hotel is under renovations so the mornings were noisier than I would have hoped. This also meant that the business office was closes when the desk clerk was on the grounds over seeing the project. That being said, it was nice, clean and the staff did everything they could to appease their guests.

Staff was very good and helping, Property is in a nice quite place. Building is very old and falling apart, bed sheets had burns, and not enough plug points to charge.

The main door was very hard to open. It often got stuck. Easy parking and good location for the cost.

We had to clean the a/c unit almost daily. The first night my husband pulled around 2 pounds of black mold sl udge from it.it made us very sick. We had to clean it almost daily

All bad motel
It took 2 1/2 hours to check in. Hard to understand each other because of language barrier. Wanted to charge my credit card even though it was prepaid. Had to change rooms because a crazy party of bad people were above the room assigned to us. Very ghetto.

Smoke free room was obviously not. The smoke smell burnt my eyes. The bathroom floor had cockroaches that scattered when you turned the light on. The shower did not drain, the entrance door was bent in so bad it barely locked. When my daughter pulled back her sheets there was a cockroach in her bed. No other vacancies available, slept in car. Complained repeatedly, mgr will not return call

But when I went in to pay for second day they charged more than the amount on Hotels.com and said it was a fee Hotels.com added I called Hotels.com and they said that was not the case and hotel was scamming me Only good thing was location

Most terrible decision ever!!!!!
I did not even check in the motel. It states that it is 24hrs but I arrived at 4am and the lobby was locked. All lights were off. I called several times and no one answered. a=I am currently trying to get a refund and I can not even talk to a live operator.
